Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

We had a great weekend at this little cottage with friends and our dog. The neighborhood is very quiet, the garden is spacious. The cottage is very tidy and very clean. It's a very warm house and it feels good:) We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time! The apartment, decorated with great taste, combines charm and modernity thanks to its state-of-the-art amenities. Everything is designed to offer maximum comfort, whether with family or friends. A real break in the countryside that I highly recommend!

My sister and I spent two super beautiful days with Cyril with our nine children. The accommodation has everything you need, including Spices, salt, dishwashing detergent, etc., was clean and the gallery was very suitable for the kids to stay overnight. We also enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi in the garden with the many garden furniture and play facilities. The kids could be as loud as they wanted and listen to and play music. Cyril is very straightforward. It must be said that the house and the furniture and partly also things in the garden have become outdated. But that didn't bother us.

Loved it here, location was great and the accommodation had everything we needed. The kids loved it and enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be coming back.

we came to get to know the Geneva lake and walk around the city of Ivoire. We were met by pleasant hosts, they showed us our place of residence, the pool and the garden. We could use all of this. The pool is nice, the water is warm - I liked it. The accommodation fully matches the photos and description. Thank you for your hospitality. Everything was fine.

Nice and cosy place. Felt very clean as well. The kitchen was well stocked and the welcome gifts were nice. If driving from Geneva/Nyon, there is some very windy roads to get here. The chalet was close to the french border so we went over for groceries - was like a 5min drive to Carrerour and Intermarche. Great to see something different!

Dear Michael: We would like to express our thanks to you for the three nights and days of a delightful stay in your villa. When we arrived we were immediately struck by the beautiful surroundings of a typical Swiss countryside scene. We appreciated the rule that shoes were not permitted in the house. May we say that that also is a very highly regarded traditional Asian rule. Your house sets a very welcoming tone the moment we went upstairs to the kitchen. Everything was clean and ready to be used and whatever we have in our own kitchens we found them in yours and more. And yes, you and your team thought of everything for the bedrooms too. The generosity of supplies were very much noticed and appreciated . For the eight of us in our seventies and eighties we can only tell you that you made it easy for us to settle in straightaway as if we had a home away from home in this idyllic part of the world. Very good welcome in this haven of peace. The place is quiet, in the greenery. The smoking room is well arranged and tastefully decorated. A lovely terrace allows you to enjoy your meal while taking in the incredible view of the plain. I really enjoyed this stay, ideal for recharging. A big thank you to Soraya.

Beautiful house, right on Lake Geneva. Swimming area within walking distance (200m). Plenty of parking. Terrace around the house with lake and mountain views. Nice and quiet. Best accommodation I've ever had.

We really enjoyed our stay as Gasard’s place. It was spacious, decor was on point, 2 bath rooms meant our family of 5 didn’t have to wait for one another.

good place for a big family, close to lake and park

Nice little house with a very nice view of the lake. The place is quiet and relaxing. The decor is minimalist, a little cold. The whole place is clean, you just have to sweep a little dust on the ground floor when you move in. My husband, my 22-year-old son and I had a very good relaxing stay of 4 days. Stephanes house is ideal for families who want to spend their holidays and feel like home. Its easy to find and very close to all the ski resorts. The owners are very friendly and willing to give an ly kind of information. I would recommend this place and next time i ll visit again.

The house and surroundings are very quiet and pleasant while being close to the lake, all the attractions and shops and services . The interior is typical of a beautifully renovated country house with antique and personal furniture and objects and decorations. There are lots of thoughtful details that show the owners' care and taste for tenants. Everything is comfortable and creates an atmosphere like home as long as you are not fans of modern and dehumanized atmospheres. The small garden, the presence of water, adds to the soothing atmosphere. The only thing we had trouble finding was the lighting in the living room. Lots of proposals and light switches … but I guess it's unique to Switzerland. Anyway, very good stay and a considerate host, while being very discreet.

Very well located accommodation, in a quiet alley. The parking spot is in front of the unit. Very nice view of one end of the lake from the terrace. Upon arrival a kit with coffee and tea is available, as well as cleaning products, dishwasher tablets and vacuum cleaner. But remember to take soaps, shower gels and dish soap.

Booked the chalet for a weekend with visiting family, to get out of the city. The chalet is very charming and comfortable and had almost everything we needed (except shampoo) and the fondue and raclette grill were a plus! The downside was the walk from the bus station (25 minutes - a lot when it’s hot and carrying groceries and luggage), and the noise from the nearby hydro plant which was loud but thankfully not constant (though when you travel all that way hoping to hear sounds of nature it was a bummer). Nevertheless we loved our stay, the proximity to trails and cable car, the village was lovely with a great restaurant, and the chalet is away from any street or car noise. Dawn let us check out late so we could enjoy another day at the chalet which we all appreciated!

The house is a great space - loads of room, kept immaculately clean and right in the middle of Yvoire. Fanny was there to show us the house and gave some great recommendations. Free parking at the house was very helpful. Everything is in very close walking distance and the lake was perfect for swimming in. Would definitely come back to stay here again!
