great countryside location, clean and comfortable accommodation, cream scones a bonus! cycling a bit tough at times!

We wanted to be able to walk to the Eden Project - and it was an easy 40 minute stroll across the well marked paths to the entry. We travelled by St Austell by train, and found a local taxi driver and prearranged all our trips to restaurants (Longstore at Charlestown), to the station for a day trip to St Ives. The accommodation is exactly as described, and we appreciated the scones, jam, and clotted cream, as well as providing us with a fan on a hot night. The bed is comfy, the shower tiny but adequate, the WiFi reliable. Overall, I would recommend my friends to stay here.

What an absolute treasure tucked away in rural Cornwall, honestly the most perfect little shepherd's hut (not too little though) was really glad I could fit being a rather tall person (6ft+) Jennie supplied us with a gorgeous little hamper full of wonderful treats, the local eggs were amazing. Lovely vibrant rich yolks that made some wonderful scrambled eggs for breakfast. The hut had everything youd need to be comfortable for a short or long stay, outdoor space for wet footwear and jackets to dry to a kitchenette with alot of untensils/kit. Wifi, smart tv for wet days and a wonderful little electric fire to take the nip off. We'll certainly be suggesting here to our friends and family. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Absolutely perfect stay! Alison was very responsive when we needed to change our check in time. The property was beautifully presented and perfect for us and our 4 week old baby. We loved the breakfast items and the wonderful garden. We’ve recommended the property to our friends already!
