The space
Look out over Land’s End from Penasco. Set above the coast in the exclusive community of Pedregal, this Los Cabos vacation rental commands views of both sunrise and sunset, as well as Cabo San Lucas and the resorts along Solmar Beach. Invite up to fourteen friends or family members to join you in what feels like your own private boutique hotel on high.
Your holiday at this luxury property includes daily American-style breakfast and housekeeping, along with the use of pool floats and beach towels. Take in the incredible views from the home’s heated infinity pool, which has a shallow area perfect for lounging, hot tub, or one of the lounge chairs on the terrace. As the sun begins to set, heat up the barbecue and settle in to the dining area under the pergola for the nightly show.
Slide-away glass doors let the views be the star of the villa’s sleek modern rooms. Stretch out on the sectional in the living room and watch a parade of fishing boats round the El Arco rock formation or see if you can spot whales from the dining room. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and granite countertops. There’s also a separate fitness room and media room.
Though it feels like you have a bird’s-eye view over Baja, Penasco is within walking distance of the Pedregal tennis court and a 1-minute drive from the beach. Avid golfers won’t want to miss the chance to play at the nearest course, a 15-minute drive away.

VILLA GUEST RULES & GUIDELINES AGREEMENT FOR ALL GUEST OF VILLA PENASCO
We certify that all of the foregoing information is accurate and complete and hereby agree to the following conditions:
Villa Penasco is located at Pedregal Gated Private Residential Community in Los Cabos BCS. We wish to remind our Vacation Guest that many Full-time residents also live on this area. We must ask our guest to be considerate of all parties. To ensure the enjoyment and use of these properties, for all concerned people, we require that you extend common courtesy and abide by a few important rules.
1. - Excessive Outdoor Noise is prohibited any time; Violations will result in fines of $1,000.00 Dlls to $5,000.00 Dlls , arrest and/or eviction from the rental property.
2. - Please observe quiet time from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Violations will result in fines of $1,000.00 Dlls to $5,000.00 Dlls, arrest and/or eviction from the rental property.
3. - Parties and events must be pre-approved and may be subject to event fees. Excessive outdoor or outdoor speakers noise will result in fines of $1,000.00 Dlls to $5,000.00 Dlls , arrest and/or eviction from the rental property.
4. - Consumption of alcoholic beverages in public areas is prohibited and will result in fines of $1,000.00 Dlls to $5,000.00 Dlls , arrest and/or eviction from the rental property.
5. - Public nudity is prohibited and will result in fines of $1,000.00 Dlls to $5,000.00 Dlls, arrest and/or eviction from the rental property.
Pets are not allowed.
Consumption of drugs in the house and will result in eviction from the rental property
Colonos del Pedregal AC Home owner Association and his security personnel strictly enforce these rules. As started above, violations will result in fines of $1,000.00 Dlls to $5,000.00 Dlls, arrest and/or eviction from the rental property.
Additionally, if any rules are violated you will be charged directly to paid to the Asociacion de Colonos del Pedregal AC the result of any fine and also can be charge the fines from the Security deposit that the Rental Company or Operadora Casas y Villas SA de CV hold in check. Operadora Casas y Villas S.A. de C.V. and it’s on- site property manager reserve the right to remove rental guest in violation of the above rules, without refund. Please respect the property you are using as if it your own.
