The space
Designed to celebrate the Palmeraie’s gorgeous natural surroundings, Villa Alkhozama is constructed from local building materials in traditional Moroccan style. Seamlessly merging indoor and outdoor spaces makes this luxurious, open-air home the perfect host for a retreat or honeymoon, with an emphasis on privacy throughout the entire estate. And, although Alkhozama’s expertly manicured gardens deliver such seclusion, you’ll still be located just a short, chauffeured, drive from Marrakech.
The brilliant colors of Morocco are on display within Alkhozama’s walls, with interior decoration provided by authentic local handcrafted art, and treasures found at the Souks. Inside, comfortable furniture, high-end electronics, and traditional Moroccan building materials are interwoven to create a luxurious take on ancient design. Each bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The master has an additional outdoor area with sun beds, creating an alfresco bedroom setting, should you wish. Outside, there is an electronic gate and several security cameras. And, the villa is equipped with television, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washer/dryer.
Villa Alkhozama is staffed with housekeepers, private cooks, a chauffeur, and a spa technician, all to help make your getaway as relaxing and rejuvenating as possible. The terrace features an alfresco shower, lounge chairs, and day beds throughout its lush garden environment. Inside, let the formal dining room and wood burning fireplace set the tone for a romantic dinner. After, pick a bottle of wine from the kitchen and head to the terrace to enjoy an unforgettable night under the stars.
La Palmeraie is a beautiful oasis on the outskirts of the city, decorated with ancient mosques, palm trees, luxury villas, and the Palmeraie Golf Club. It’s easy to get around Palmeraie by car, but an ATV or Camel tour can be much more rewarding. To learn about Morocco’s rich historical significance, spend an afternoon exploring the Dar Si Said Museum. And, when you’re ready, head for the Medina and embrace the bustling downtown square and bazaars of Marrakech’s historic district. You’ll find street performers, shops, delicious food, and much more in the Medina.
