Step onto the pristine stands and embark on a kayak journey over the turquoise sea, or walk along the pier to the dreamy gazebo poised above the waves. Cook meals in the fabulous outdoor kitchen with grill and bar, and relish it alfresco in the pergola. Spend the afternoon and sunset hour sipping cocktails in the lounge with fire pit.
Multiple sets of doors join the terrace with the villa’s open-concept interior. Here, an elegant lounge invites you to the evening aperitifs before gathering around the ocean-view dining table. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and bar, and borders a bright breakfast niche. During downtime, relax in the separate TV room, doors open to the ocean breeze, and enjoy festive nights in the fabulous entertainment lounge with sumptuous sofa, large TV, and games.
The superb master suite borders the beach and features gorgeous views, a deluxe king bed, a minibar and espresso machine, and an ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower and tub. There are three guest suites with king beds, one with a queen, and a kids' room with a queen bed and two twin-size bunks and videogame console. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
Point of View enjoys a wonderful location in South Sound, balancing remote serenity with excellent proximity to George Town and numerous destinations. You're walking distance to South Sound Beach and a short drive or lovely bicycle ride to Prospect Beach. Farther afield, you're within easy reach of Patrick's Island and the beautiful western arm of Grand Cayman. Own Roberts International is just over six kilometers away.
