Accommodating up to ten guests in five elegantly appointed ensuite bedrooms, with space for two additional guests if needed, the villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and convenience.

The villa's standout features include a stunning 250 sqm swimming pool with gazebos, an industrial-grade professional kitchen with a dedicated dining area, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Guests can enjoy a range of leisure activities, including a soccer net, ping pong table, and bicycles. For the ultimate beachfront experience, private sunbeds are provided on the villa’s exclusive stretch of sand.

Paralia Beachfront Residence is located right on the long, sandy beach of Kavros, a seaside village 43 km east of Chania and 19.5 km west of Rethymno. The Villa offers direct access to the beach from the pool terrace, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful Cretan sea, hot sun and blue sky.

Kavros village is the closest living area, easily reached on foot, which is well organised and has all the necessary facilities such as shops, mini markets, pharmacies, tavernas, restaurants and bars. The area is also an ideal location to stay since it is located in the middle of Crete which making it easy to visit most of the sights of the island.

Additionally Georgioupoli waterfront village is only 4.5 km from the villa which also offers all kind of shops, sandy beaches and a picturesque small church.
Other attractive spots near the villa include Kournas Lake, which is 7.3 km away from the villa and is the only natural freshwater lake in Crete, as well as Argiroupoli village, only 10.5 km away, well-known for the small spring waterfalls and the amount of the great, traditional taverns under the big trees!
