This beautiful villa is very spacious and spread over two floors, making it ideal for families or groups who value both comfort and privacy. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms, all with direct access to the pool: • 1 bedroom with a double bed • 1 bedroom with 2 king single beds • 1 bedroom with 2 single beds All of these bedrooms are en-suite, meaning each one has its own private bathroom. Also on this floor, there is a guest bathroom near the entrance (with a sink and toilet). On the upper floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms, both with double beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a jacuzzi, located in the hallway between them. They also have windows overlooking the pool, garden, and countryside, creating a peaceful and bright atmosphere. This is a spacious, light-filled home designed for comfort, privacy, and meaningful moments - ideal for families and groups. The living area is one of the villa’s highlights: large, bright, and thoughtfully designed with distinct spaces for different moods. You’ll find a cozy sunken lounge that feels like a warm nest, a bar area, a piano, a snooker table, and a table for board games — perfect for relaxing, socializing, and creating memorable moments. The kitchen is fully equipped, and connects easily to both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Outside, the villa truly shines. The private pool has two areas: a shallow section ideal for children and a deeper area with a diving board. There is also an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and a dining area with table and chairs. An interior patio with barbecue invites long, relaxed meals. The property is accessed through a private gate (shared with the owners’ residence) and offers secure, free parking for multiple cars right next to the villa. E23Luz is located in the beautiful town of Luz in the western Algarve. When we first visited E23Luz we were blown away by the amazing views overlooking the sea, Rocha Negra (Black Rock), the beach and the Roman Ruins. We loved the place so much that we spent 5 months renovating the property extensively with the goal of making the view the main focus. E23Luz offers modern, comfortable and spacious accommodation just a few mins walk from the centre of Luz.
