Beachfront holiday rental in Luzon

We stayed with the rest of my family for one night. The check-in went smoothly and we were able to do so a few minutes before 2PM. Helpers are also available in the property 24/7! The place is as described in the advertisement. The rooms are quite steep and is a bit challenging for seniors but they powered through. Anyway, we had an overall excellent experience. To cat lovers, there’s a lot of cats in the area! Valley is so cuuuuteeee!! Thank you for an enjoyable stay :)

We had a great time at Lucky Seven Beach Resort in Laiya, Batangas! The host and staff were very kind, accommodating, and considerate. They made sure we were comfortable during our whole stay. One thing that could be improved is the number of bathrooms. For a group of 20 people, it would be better if there were more to avoid waiting. Just a heads-up for future visitors: the beach is a bit rocky and the sand isn’t very fine, but the water is still nice for swimming. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Really a nice place to stay with friends. We will surely book again soon with family, our kids and pet will surely enjoy this place too. It is really a peaceful place, far from noisy places with night life. You’ll surely enjoy the night to hangout with friends and talk about life.

This bungalow had everything we needed—we loved the peaceful and private beachfront access. It’s peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our kids and dogs had a great time during our two-night stay. The room was spacious, the kitchen well-equipped, and both bathrooms were decent and clean. The beach had a fine sand(not a white sand) but not rocky and the water was just right for swimming, especially to kids! Big thanks to Marvin for being helpful and kind to us during our stay. Sir Alexander is a very responsive person which attends to every message inquiry. We stayed at the villa near the beachfront and I would say that the place was also properly managed and matches the description. Really had fun quietly enjoying the waves crash while lying down on their sunloungers outside of the place we stayed. No rodents nor mosquitoes noted, only friendly dogs that occasionally balanced the quietness 😅. The team also provided possible activities (optional) and provided places that we could order food from. The staff was very responsive to our needs. Overall, would come back once our hectic schedule permits. 👌🏻

We had a really great stay! The location is very good, convenient and accessible with plenty of amenities around. It’s a great spot for families; there are lots of activities you can enjoy together, whether you want to explore or just relax. My husband, who visited the Philippines for the first time, was genuinely impressed. He kept saying how beautiful the place is and loved the balance between natural surroundings and modern comforts. The place is generally clean, but some areas could use a bit of maintenance. The faucet looked a bit worn and there was a slight smell coming from the bathroom, but nothing that ruined the experience. Overall, we had a really good time and appreciated the peaceful, family-friendly vibe. We’d definitely consider coming back again!

The place is really nice and clean. The checking in process was smooth, there are several people that handled us, and they are all very responsive and friendly. When we entered the place it was very comfy and clean, all of the things needed are available to use.

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

We had a lovely stay at Hans’ place. He was very responsive and always ready to answer your questions. His place was very homey and my kids loved it. Anvaya’s amenities were great and there are lots of activities for the kids. We’re definitely coming back. :)

Very peaceful and kid friendly place. The beach access was awesome, it is a rocky area but nice to just walk to the beach. Check in was easy and they explained what is the expectation in keeping the house maintained. We would recommend this place to families who has little kids.

The location gives a direct access to the beach. The house is perfect for our entire family. Although it was only a two-day stay, the children enjoyed so much and had a blast. Shachi communicated well and provided us heads -up about checking in. We recommend to anyone and would definitely return.

The place was proper beachfront property. The sea is just right in front and you can even hear it while asleep. It felt relaxing and peaceful. The place also has very accommodating staff. Too bad we weren't able to do island hopping because of the weather conditions but we're glad that the staff didn't push through as there was a severe incident with another resort that did. We did a banana boat activity instead which is as enjoyable. All in all, it was a great stay!

It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

It was great staying in Balibali. It was so peaceful as described. We loved the place as we had privacy all throughout the stay. In fact, we extended our stay, that’s how beautiful and wonderful the place was. Staffs were very nice and Sherine was awesome, she was literally just one chat away and very responsive to my needs. The place is one of the best airbnb I've been. It's cleab, relaxing and the most hospitable host ever -- kudos to their best caretaker, Ate Maja! She gave us fresh buko juice, prepared our table, making a bonfire for us -- she did this even without us asking for it. The place is so relaxing, quiet, perfect for family. We had a great stay! The host was very responsive to all our queries, which made the check-in and communication smooth. The place was exactly as advertised and looked just like the photos—no surprises there. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. There was a minor issue with a leaking wall after a heavy rain, but the caretaker responded quickly and had it addressed right away, which we appreciated. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout our stay, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the free bathroom amenities were a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would definitely recommend!
