An amazing apartment close to great restaurants and bars. Apartment itself was beautiful, and quiet - great for relaxing after a busy day. Gerald was a great host, responsive and friendly. We will definitely consider staying here again when in Manila.

We had an amazing stay at the 301 Penthouse. From the smooth booking process to the warm welcome during check-in, everything was seamless. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind, which made us feel right at home. The room itself was comfortable and well-kept, and being on the rooftop added a special touch — we enjoyed relaxing outside while taking in the view of the resort. I stayed with my husband and our 7-year-old daughter, and we all truly loved the experience. What’s great is that even though you’re just a few hours away from the city, it feels peaceful and quiet — the perfect escape. At the same time, you still have the convenience of city living with nearby malls and food delivery like Grab. Would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

This is my second time staying at Veronica's place and I can definitely recommend them whenever youre staying in or around Eastwood. The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. They always make sure to respond on time whenever you have any questions or concerns and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you'll need to have a enjoyable time at their unit. The place is absolutely lovely and beautiful—very homey, clean, and exactly as advertised. The location is A+. It’s conveniently situated near malls and everything you might need is just around the corner. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. My kids had such a great time during our stay, and so did we. We truly enjoyed our experience and definitely hope to come back soon.

Great value for money stayed next to Venice mall, location was fantastic, room was spacious, place was clean and staff were friendly. Right in the heart of BGC centre. We would definitely stay there again.

Can confidently say that this is the best airbnb I've been in 🥹 Ms. Mel was so organized from instructions before you check-in, to arriving at the unit itself. The unit is fully labeled with instructions and items, which makes it very convenient for us guests. Everything you will need is available at the unit. She even had medicines available for emergencies. Ms. Mel also personally accommodated me upon arrival and I highly appreciate the hospitality. The unit is very cozy— perfect for a quiet and peaceful staycation. ❤️ Thank you so much, Ms. Mel, for the thoughtfulness and organization in preparing your unit. We love the listing since the amenities offered are almost complete. No need to worry with toiletries and such. Great place to spend with family and friends.

Although, we had trouble finding groceries or outdoor restos of our preference, the space was our best accomodation yet, and ate Melai was really helpful and friendly. Definitely worth the pay!

Love the location in BGC. Lots of things to do within walking distance. It’s helpful specially dealing with Manila traffic. Security and front desk ataffs are excellent.

The unit was very clean, smelled fresh upon entry, and felt very secure thanks to the smart lock. The host was friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. Also, location is excellent, just minutes from the airport, Mall of Asia, great restaurants, and major Manila landmarks. Highly recommended!

The place is very private, we have 2 pools to ourselves. We have the freedom to do what we want to do, no restrictions. Ms. Catherine is very responsive and she is like a genie, she grants all our requests from bingo cards to fresh coconut juice. All in all, Ms. Catherine is a wonderful host. Highly recommended.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

My main issue of the overall condition of Unit and of Kandi Condos. Near the end of stay there were issues with the AC and the Roof leaking in two areas. Jay responded quickly and the AC issue was resolved but the unit is definitely showing its age and so was the gym on the roof. Most if the equipment was quite old

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Highly recommend..decent place to stay in baguio,

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”
