Linens and towels are provided. Beds will be made upon arrival and we will take care of washing the sheets and towels upon departure. Cleaning fee upon request. We're here to help you plan your visits to the many sights within walking distance. Note that the house is located on the GR13. In the center of the village, near the church and shops. Nice walks from the house. The GR13 passes along the property. 14 kilometers from Morvan Park and the Bourbon Lancy Thermal Baths and Golf Course. The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.
