Avec une capacité d’accueil jusqu’à 18 personnes, nos trois gîtes de charme s’adaptent aux familles, amis ou entreprises. 1 gîte familial pour 8 personnes de 130 m2 avec une grande cuisine et salle à manger pouvant accueillir les groupes (chambre 4 lits simples et 2 boxs lits doubles). 2 gîtes de charme pour 4 et 6 personnes (lits doubles). La piscine en été, non chauffée, du propriétaire avec barrières, partagée avec les gîtes. Grande salle de détente, barbecue et salon, espaces extérieurs.

Ancien café-tabac de village, entièrement rénové, notre maison de caractère vous accueille à Poil, au cœur du Sud-Morvan, sur les pentes du Mont Beuvray. Nous avons pensé la maison pour les séjours en tribu : cuisine ouverte équipée, 6 chambres, grande pièce de vie, 3 salles de bain. Grand jardin avec BBQ et activités sur place : piscine sécurisée connectée, ping-pong, trampoline, basket, pétanque. Lieu paisible en coeur de village, idéal pour se ressourcer, qui n'est pas adapté aux fêtes.

Our house is a large Art Deco-style villa in the heart of the Burgundy countryside, surrounded by 2 hectares of land, just 1 hour 20 minutes from Paris by TGV and 40 minutes from Lyon. It offers 6 bedrooms, two large terraces, a flower-filled garden, and orchards watched over by our donkey Roméo. We have renovated this home with all modern comforts while preserving its authenticity. We rent it out when we’re away and hope you’ll feel at home here. Perfect for family gatherings!
