This is a great house, just like its name, full of sunshine.The whole house is a single-family villa located just across the street from Taitung Forest Park, bright and sunny.The room is decorated with a few small furnishings, small potted plants, and are pleasant.The room is clean and spacious. The window is large. Looking out at the greenery, it is the style of the house I like. I had a very comfortable stay.The host is very hospitable and introduced us to many tourist attractions in Taitung. The Tiehua Village recommended is very chic and has a literary and artistic flavor.Next time you come to Taitung, you must continue to stay here, and stay for a few more days to feel Taitung's laid-back town culture and life.

I enjoyed so much my stay at Xing-Jia Apartment in Dulan, where is full of amazing mountain and sea scenes, and there are many nice people around. The department is clean and it is easy to explore nearby attractions or restaurants. I had happy and peaceful time there. Loved it and for sure will visit again.

The host was kind and quick to respond, and the landlady also prepared a welcome fruit for us which was appreciated. Overall the house is clean, it is also convenient to Tiehua Village, it is a 10-minute walk away, and there are many restaurants around.The breakfast shop with the B&B is also delicious and has a good living facility. Small suggestions for a homestay could be more streamlined, or the fridge is cleaned out, which is better for guests.

We had a really great time here! The view of the surrounding nature is breathtaking and there’s lots of birds all around. The room was perfect and spacious, the breakfast was delicious and the hosts were super nice! They also gave us lots of recommendations for activities in the surrounding area. Wholeheartedly recommended! We’d definitely come back on our next trip!

Very quiet and nice place to stay. Not near to eating places. 10 to 15 minutes walk to the nearest restaurant.

Hosts were super friendly and helpful upon arrival and throughout the stay. Gave us recommendations and arrival snacks. House is located near restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great stay!

Truly a gem! I can't begin to explain what the peace and solitude of the house has done for this worn down soul. Wildlife was in no short supply on our stay. Ox's, Monkeys, Deer, a wide verity of birds, a Dog, and the ever prowling white cat made looking out the windows a fine replacement for any screen. kitchen was well stocked to make cooking anything we desired easy and effortless. Sipping Tea in the bath by night and playing my accodion on the back deck by day. It was hard to leave, but I'm very confident we will return soon. it was a great place to stay! spectacular view and direct access to a beautiful small beach! the host was super helpful and responsive. the apartment is fully equipped with everything you would expect and more! cleanliness was top notch, and quality bedding and towels were much appreciated. we will definitely come again.

Comfortable environment, great host

Really super comfortable, in addition to children's books, piano and other entertainment, adults also have leisure entertainment such as KTV, outdoor lawn, barbecue area are super great, and there is a large kitchen dining space, the kids are all playing crazy!There's also a beautiful beach nearby to play on!Will visit again
