Welcome to Ängslyckan! The house has a large plot of land with an adjacent soccer field. 300 meters down to the jetty on Lake Mälaren. Glass-enclosed patio and large deck with seating area and sun lounger. The sun shines here all day. Next to the playpen is the playhouse with a 120-cm bed and toys. On the property, there is a swing for friends, as well as apple and cherry trees. Rowboat access in the summer for a lovely day on the lake. About 2–3 kilometers (1.2–1.9 miles) away is Sandviksbadet, which has a sandy beach. Approximately 20 km (12 miles) to Ica Maxi in Eskilstuna.

There are extra mattresses, as well as a guest house and sauna building with an extra shower and toilet. Fiber-optic internet is available, which makes it also ideal for working from here. A plot close to nature with a lawn for summer activities. About 150 meters to the dock, a boat (3.5 HP) for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. A lovely 4.5-km running loop around Björsund. Large patio with a grill and ping-pong table.

Our first guest used the cottage as a writing retreat for a documentary. The couple who came after wanted to visit the Swedish countryside and hoped to see bears (note: there are no bears here). The cottage is located on our farm with nature around the corner, in the middle of a historic environment, eight minutes by car from the city center and with off-road trails for hiking, running or MTB biking outside the door. In the yard, besides us, there is a dog and two cats. In summer, there is a trampoline, board games in the garden and a small barbecue and patio in a pergola.
