Beautifully appointed 2-bed apartment with gorgeous views down the river Yeo. Close to 24hr amenities and countryside walks. A mill has stood at this point on the river since doomsday, +1000 years. The apartment compromises the old mill with its thick walls and small windows with a modern addition which is a bright living space with a a private patio overlooking the river below. The apartment is a tranquil place with the gentle white noise of the river flowing down the old mill water race.

Enjoy easy access both beach and town centre from this beachfront couples' retreat. This top floor (3rd floor) flat has panoramic views across the bay and there's even a telescope. This apartment is right next to a M&S food hall and within 100m of a fish n chip shop, a Chinese takeaway, a traditional pub and several bars and restaurants. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa that pulls out into a bed in the lounge. Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom.

Beautiful Boat House looking over the River Dart

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The Boat house is a luxurious relaxing space, with Veiws to die for. Please note the hot tub is not available with this accommodation. Where it has been reviewed Guests have used it as it was available and at my discretion. Sorry for any disappointment . By all means ask the question . Especially mid week and out of season bookings.
