The steps to the apartment from our parked car were as described. They are super steep & narrow. Not for kids, or if you need to push a push chair. Not for anyone with mobility issue. Apartment is super clean and tidy. Please be aware that this is a place surrounded by forests. You’ll get insects and slugs in the apartment which freaked my city son out haha. I think it’s because it’s summer as well. So if you’re like my son - might not be a place for you lol Really easy to walk into Lynton with nice cafes and restaurants. There’s only one tiny supermarket in Lynton so bring plenty of supplies. Kitchen is equipped with a kettle, hob, toaster and oven. A microwave would be handy. Bring your own oil etc if you’re staying longer and plan to cook. Bring your own toiletries although handwash & toilet rolls are generously provided. I think this place used to be a bed & breakfast as all the rooms in the Penthouse have numbers on the doors. Very quaint and cute.

We fell in love with the views! Loved sitting outside with a throw watching the boats go by, so relaxing and peaceful yet so much to do in short walking and driving distances. The host was very helpful and responded very quickly! We very much enjoyed our stay, so thank you.

Thank you so much for having me. I had hard time in my life and it was perfect to have nice and warm place to put my "life puzzle" back together. Lovely quiet naberhood and beautiful view.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views over Royal Porthcawl golf course and out to sea. Jonny was a great host. We really enjoyed our stay and will look forward to visiting again.

The place is great, the host waited for us to give us the keys which was nice. The place is well equipped and very clean. One thing I have to mention, is the noise. If you are looking for a sleep in this is not the best place to choose. The donkeys on the premises start being loud at 7 am. There were also works being done at 8 am outside the window. Apart from that, great place.

We spent a week in this very pleasant and comfortable apartment. It is well equipped with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. It has a superb view of the bay and is a short walk to the shops and restaurants.

We had a great stay, the flat was lovely with stunning views, the kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed to make a range of meals at home. Check in and check out was easy and Steve was really flexible with our times which was super helpful. The flat is really well positioned so close to the beach which made for some great beach day. I would happily stay again.

Andrew was very helpful and his home was beautifully presented. Parking is super easy, it's clean, the balcony is great and what I also loved was the equipment for families. I didn't need them as I wasn't with my children. But there was a highchair, kids crockery and cutlery and buckets and spades. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen appliances work great and the welcome package was really appreciated. I would very much recommend Andrew's home for any trip to Bude. it has lovely views of the beach, golf club and cricket ground. you're away from the hussle and bussle, although a five minute walk away from it. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The apartment was clean, modern, peaceful and well situated. Kirsten left a very handy information pack and we had everything we needed for our stay, so we didn’t need to bother the hosts. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated, the kitchen well equipped, and the living area light, bright and with a nice view across the trees of the garden. Having driveway parking was a real bonus, and Lidl supermarket was just 3 minutes walk round the corner. A great place to stay!

Topside was ideally placed for access into Bude town. It was down hill to the beach in Bude. Lovely scenic walks over cliffs and beautiful bays. Be prepared in bad weather; some shops, eating places; close earlier and some restrictions if you have a dog. Loved the cafe in Bude museum for cream tea with a view. Thank you Vikki you thought of everything and were very welcoming. Bathrooms morden and clean with fluffy towels.

Mike was the perfect host, very friendly and helpful, even gave us a bottle of wine as we arrived very late and to save us from having to find the nearest Tesco Express which was due to close. The accommodation is spotless spacious and even though you are sharing his place you only see Mike if you want to. There was some milk and fresh orange juice in the fridge on arrival so coffee in the morning great. Mike is a wonderful host and I’m sure everyone who stays with him will have a very pleasant stay

Diana is the best host — a true gem, which is rare these days! The place was spotlessly clean, tidy, and incredibly pleasant. I was welcomed with beautiful fresh flowers, toiletries, milk, and coffee — such thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. The location is fantastic and conveniently close to shops. Highly recommended!

Both the annex and the garden were great, if the weather had been better it would’ve been lovely to sit outside, although the view from the sofa was pretty good. Charlotte was great, very friendly and was usually somewhere around if we needed any help or advice.

Trina & Ralph are perfect, professional, friendly, responsive & informative hosts. From the start of our enquiry, through booking to actual stay they couldn't have done more to make our stay and my wife's birthday more perfect. Accommodation is perfectly laid out and is exceptionally clean across all facilities. Tremendously well thought out, designed and stocked kitchen, very comfortable bedroom and masses of storage. The shower/bathroom is spacious and very bright. Good lounge area with excellent TV channel options. Incredible outdoor balcony, accessed from lounge space saving doors, with built in blinds, with table and chairs and amazing views of the countryside to the river. Sun umbrella provided, which was used due to very warm weather, balmy evenings spent on the balcony with drinks. This accommodation is ideal for couples and is an exceptional home from home jewel in the crown. We would highly recommend this accommodation and the hosts. We will return. Thank you.

This property is exactly as described, in a position of fairly easy access to two lovely coves and a short twenty minute walk to Woolacombe's sandy main beach. On the edge of National Trust land with plenty of walks. The property is well equipped and to a high standard. While we were there we bumped into the owner Stephen who was very friendly and informative directing us to various local restaurants/pubs and places of interest. A must is the Sri lankan curry on Barricane beach, don't forget to take your bottle of wine. Julia the co-host ensured we were kept informed of the check in procedure and that we were happy with our accommodation. This premises fitted out requirements to a T, relaxing location, quiet and good value, we will definitely be recommending it to family and friends.

Great apartment, perfect to walk to the beach, had all the amenities we needed for a short break. Great host, who had lots of local recommendations, would recommend staying here for anyone going to Woolacombe.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment in Cardiff! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn’t have been better as you’re in walking distance to Cardiff bay and Cardiff centre! Tony was absolutely wonderful—friendly, incredibly responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. It made a real difference knowing we could reach out with any questions and get a prompt, kind response. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Really great place for a vacation, either a short or a longer break. Stunning place and very well cared for, with really comfortable and spacious accommodation, and nice common areas, especially for families. Very peaceful. The pool/jacuzzi/sauna are great, although a bit busy at times (as expected). Nice bar/play room with games for when the weather is not so great. Shame that the restaurant was closed for renovations at the time, but that was expected as it was mentioned in the listing. Area around is served by plenty and really nice, traditional pubs with good food and drink. Great experience, overall!

Would highly recommend this beautiful apartment. My husband and I rented this for a weekend away for our first anniversary and it was perfect. Loved having the pool just opposite the back door. Very clean and the host had gone out of their way to provide everything we needed, even bits for breakfast, snacks and soaps. Loads of things to see around this area too. The ceiling is quite low in the kitchen and bathroom so if your 5ft 10 or over then be prepared to watch your head. But we managed and would still give this place a 5 star rating and would love to return.

The airbnb completely exceeded our expectations when we booked it. It looked even better in person with the swimming pool and jacuzzi being the main feature for us. It was a great place to unwind and relax with the host being very responsive and helpful. The views were amazing from our windows and the surroundings even better. Gemma answered all of our questions every step of the way and was very helpful when we were getting ready to leave. I would highly recommend this to any group of friends or even family. I will be definitely returning with friends as every single day was worth it.

Great apartment complex right by the beach. The flat was very clean and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and a very kind welcome package (milk, Easter eggs - thank you!). We felt right at home. Views of the sea, comfy beds, a pool + sauna. Very good management, friendly staff and very straightforward to engage with. A nice personal touch by the owners too, with a whole guide full of fab recommendations. We will definitely be back if they’ll have us!

The apartment is in a beautiful setting in an elevated position surrounded by trees. Jennifer was a great host, who really went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We especially loved the hot tub in its lovely surroundings

One of the best places we have stayed. We went to a concert and although slightly outside of the city centre but about a 20 min walk back to the apartment. Felt super safe and the property is inside a gated area and nice quiet surroundings. Was nice to stay away from the busy area. The property was massive! Bigger than expected, the rooms all clean and fresh! Kitchen fully equipped and a nice dining area. Balcony was a bonus! The host was unbelievably fast at replying and was so flexible with our check in! We really appreciated it! Check was easy and we were provided with all the information. All of us wished we had booked another night! Definitely would stay here again! Thank you! 🤩
