Felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Great location, could walk to everything in Beer. Great parking space at the back which made it easy for luggage. It was a lovely stay, would highly recommend. So convenient having the shop right next door! Would definitely stay again if we returned to Beer. Thanks Guys.x

The only regrettable thing about our stay- is that we didn’t stay for longer! What a gem Blue Pebbles is- ideally situated for amazing views from the patio and balcony, for coastal walks or for beach days literally on your doorstep. The house is spacious, extremely comfortable and well equipped- a real home from home and we had a superb time with fabulous weather too. The welcome bottle of wine was much appreciated and we will definitely be returning to Blue Pebbles to enjoy everything the house and the area has to offer. Thankyou for sharing this holiday gem with us- we loved every minute of our stay x

This barn was amazing eveything you needed was supplied The garden was fully secure so my dogs loved it, Noel gave us some brilliant recommendations to eat out , local amenities , take aways The hosts were amazing , left us & the dogs lots off treats which we really enjoyed We will be back again next year Thank you again for making our holiday one to remember From Jemma, Clynt , Eric & Luna 🐾🐾

We booked this for a special birthday for 3 generations of the family The house was beyond our expectations! So well equipped and very clean The views were absolutely amazing Our 3 grandsons loved it and especially the visit to feed the animals and were very excited to collect the eggs Samantha was a fabulous host and we would fully recommend her house and we would love to return again

We had lovely stay ! Beautiful, comfortable home in a picturesque setting. Very well equipped, had everything we needed. Venetia was very welcoming and helpful. Incredible value. Would visit again in an instant!

This place was perfect, we stayed here in May 2025 for 3 nights before our wedding with our 4 year old and 2 year old and our only regret is that we didn’t book for longer! Pollyanna offered us an early check in as soon as it was ready and greeted us upon arrival. She sent lots of recommendations when we booked which was very helpful too. It’s completely private, perfect location, situated on a farm in the country side, lots of wildlife to look out for whilst relaxing in the garden having a bbq or using the hot tub. It’s safe and secure for young children to play and there is a beautiful private lake just through the gate with a boat, paddle boards and a summer house with a ping pong table. It’s very nicely furnished inside, well equipped, easy parking, bathrooms and showers are great and we found the beds very comfortable. It was a pleasure to meet both Ian and Pollyanna who wished us well on our wedding day. We hope to come back again someday soon!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. Clean, great views, peaceful setting and a perfect base for walking the south west coast path. Ken and Laura were excellent hosts and gave us lots of local information. We hope to return again soon. Highly recommend.

I wanted to share our recent experience staying at Heatherdown in Croyde, where we celebrated the 80th Birthdays of two family members. Heatherdown was absolutely perfect, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our family gathering. One of the highlights was the stunning location. The scenic views of Croyde's picturesque coastline were breathtaking from the house. We enjoyed walks to the beach and the proximity to the local amenities made it easy for us to explore. The host was always available to answer any questions prior to and during our stay. Overall, our stay in Croyde was a truly memorable experience as we celebrated this special milestone. We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful memories we created and would highly recommend Heatherdown to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in a charming beautiful location. We got to the Wales Retreat and from the moment we walked in we flet so at home with the cosy features. The property smelt beautiful all throughout. Everything was spotless and even the fridge was equipped with essentials which was greatly recieved. The loaction is absolutely beautiful and I was in love with our own secluded private decking area with the most comfiest beanbag seats! Pet friendly which was a bonus for our GSP - she loved having a little area outside of her own and tje site was very welcoming to dogs. We will really be booking in again although we sre struggling to find your availability! 🙂

Had a great weekend over Easter at Jan’s place - a beautiful garden - the kids loved the trampoline and pool - we cooked BBQ outside our Accomodation kin the peaceful garden - had great fish and chips and a cider in Watchet - the nearest harbour town (10 min drive) - we also visited from the house; quantock hills (15 min drive) killer beach (15 min drive) minehead (40 mins) and linmouth - beautiful drive over Exmoor. Would definitely come back

We spent the half term break at Little Burston with our two young children, we had a wonderful time. The accommodation was everything we hoped from the previous brilliant reviews and more. A clean, bright and large space. Well equipped with everything you could want (games, DVD’s, kitchen utensils). A tranquil and peaceful setting not far away from Dulverton and within striking distance of lots of activities. The hot tub kept the adults happy and the kids loved the garden, trampoline and games of football. Carol was a great host, instructions left at the property were clear and easy. Walking recommendations all great. Goats and chickens out of the kitchen window was a highlight for the kids. Up there with the best Airbnb’s we’ve been to in the UK. We would not hesitate to return, if visiting North Devon again and couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

Great communication, and a lovely place to stay for the night which exceeded our expectations.

My friends and I stayed at Louise’s place for a long weekend, and it was a wonderful time. The house fit 11 adults no problem. Lovely and quiet, the pool was so much fun, and we made good use of the fire pit to have s’mores. Harry gave us a tour of the dairy farm & beehives, & let us see the calves which was lovely. Louise was a fab host, very good communicator and always at hand if needed. Great stay overall!

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

We loved our trip to Goodleigh. The farm was beautiful, the stables were beautiful - the hot tub was a real treat. The kids loved the rope swing and we played many of the games. The place was just beautiful, the decor, location and comfy beds were perfect for our week away. We visited some lovely beaches (30 min drive tops), Combe Martin and Lynton/ Lynmouth were favourites of ours. We visited a recommended pub - The Black Venus Inn was amazing, food was great. A perfect week and would 100% recommend.

Set back high on the cliftop this top floor apartment has lovely views and was a quiet spot in May. It's a good overall size for 2 to 4 people with some quirky furnishings giving it lots of character and colour. Beds were comfy and rooms dark. Shower was hot, powerful and clean. Wish we'd stayed longer. Heard the downstairs occupant a little but it didn't bother us or was late.

Beautiful, quirky cottage in a great spot with lovely garden and stream. We had an amazing 3 night stay with 11yr old, 8yr old and our dog in this lovely cottage. Great walks from the door, an easy walk to the pub and lovely beaches a bit further afield. It's so peaceful and surpassed expectations, shame kids had to go back to school as we would have loved to stay longer. Hosts are super responsive and really helpful. Worth noting there are a lot of ticks on the moor so worth bringing spray and tick removers. Thanks and we hope to come back.

The Coach House at Porlock Weir Is such a lovely property so comfortable, well positioned & much closer to the sea than the pictures would suggest. We loved our stay so much that have already rebooked for next year. Thank you to Chris & the team for an absolutely memorable & relaxing stay. P.s. our 2 hounds enjoyed it too🐶🐶👍

We came as a party of 8 with 2 dogs to celebrate a significant (60th) birthday. Loved the location and breathtaking views. The property contained everything that we needed and was clean and tidy. Sally was a prompt and responsive host with any questions quickly answered. Those with mobility issues may struggle with the location, but it was perfect for us with some great walks nearby and wonderful pubs and restaurants. We would recommend this property.

The flat is a spacious 2 bedroom and is very well- lit. It's literally a stone's throw from the bus station for the local bus which takes you to Barnstaple via Lynton ( doesn't run on Sundays) and also for EXMOOR coaster bus ( not sure if they run in autumn & winter). As Lynmouth has no super markets/ provision shops pls make sure you pick them up on the way. Lynton of course has 2 small super markets. The view from the flat is exceptional as it is right on the waterfront. All the restaurants/ pubs are close by. The footpath/ trail going up the coastal path all the way to the Valley of Rocks is exhilarating if you are ok to walk uphill. Alternatively you may take the local bus from the bus station or the cliff railway or even take the steep zig- zag road to Lynton and then carry on to the valley of rocks. The flat has all the basic kitchen necessities and Richard was available on the phone for any queries. All in all Lynmouth is one of the most scenic places one has seen in England!!

Enzo's cottage was perfect for us! We were traveling with our toddler and it was very comfortable and safe for him. They provided travel crib for him which was very kind. The fenced in front garden was lovely to spend time in and we went for walks everyday around the town. The house itself was modern, comfortable, and better than expected. We hope we're lucky enough to travel back sometime!

Me and my partner have just got back after spending 4 nights at the little barn. Everything was as described. The photos don’t do the size justice it is huge! More than enough space for 2 people. The decor is lovely and just to our tase. The shower is amazing! It was lovely to see the horses and pony right outside the kitchen and bedroom window. Also the chickens roaming freely. Everything we wanted or needed plus more was there, tea, coffee , sugar and milk for when we arrived, oh and the lovely farm fresh eggs, these were delicious! The kitchen is kitted out perfectly. The hot tub on the decking area was an added bonus, watching the sun set of an evening whilst enjoying an Aperol spritz was amazing. Also the bbq was a superb added touch. Philippa was a perfect host! There if you needed. Philippa also advised us of places to go, I can highly recommend Tavistock, a lovely town only half an hour away. There’s plenty of places to visit. We have already booked for next year!

Thanks to Astley at West Lyn Farm for a lovely stay. The shepherd's hut is in a beautiful location with sea view where you can watch the sunset with a glass of bubbly in hand from the sofa. Astley as a host was friendly and helpful but also gave us space to enjoy our stay in peace. Despite this we knew she would be there to help if we needed anything (we didn't, everything was perfect). The hut is amazing, modern and was spotlessly clean throughout with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Lynmouth and Lynton are stunning costal locations and we would recommend a stay to anyone. We will come and stay again! Our dog stayed with us and he had a lovely time too, with an enclosed safe space where he could wonder and play without us worrying about him escaping. Again thanks and see you soon!
