We stayed 4 nights as a family of 5 (elderly parents, myself, and 2 toddlers) to go to the Cosmosphere and other places around town. The house was clean and we had no concerns. Christian was very responsive to messages and quickly answered questions. I give him and his property 5 stars. 3 recommendations I have for future guests/Christian: 1. There are dishes for 6 people. However, if you actually intend to cook, think college dorm for two pots/pans. To cook, I had to use multiple pots and pans and had to make every meal in two waves because I couldn’t actually make enough basic meal food for 5 people at once. A full-size baking sheet and a larger frying pan and pot are definitely in order. 2. The sun was SO bright at sunrise to the point the whole family was up hours before intended. We made the next nights more manageable with blankets over the windows but shades behind the blinds would be a plus! 3. If you’re driving, I’d pack a fan for circulation. The bedrooms got stuffy.

We came to Kansas for a family reunion. The house was a great place to spread out and be comfortable between family activities. The charm of the rental were the things that we discovered as we used the kitchen and played games as a family. Throw backs to my parents home. Great memories made. Our 9 year old grandson was even impressed!

This home is tucked away in a quiet setting out in the country. It is private and extremely well maintained. Both the interior & exterior are meticulously kept with no clutter or personal keepsake items in the renters private personal space, which is a Huge draw for us. (nothing to work around). The exterior offers a large yard space for children to run & play, and is free of unnecessary yard ornaments, giving it a clean well kept look overall. We loved sitting on the front or back porch and listening to all the birds singing, at any time of day. The interior space is spacious and has all your needed essentials to stay within this immaculately kept home. (Note - this home is on a dirt road) *Our only disappointment was just one television on site & having it located on the lower level. It would have been nice to have one upstairs as well* We had a great stay! The Beilfuss Family Ludington, Mi and Goodland, KS
