Great place, really well looked after and with all necessary amenities. We stayed for three weeks and we felt right at home. We got really lucky with the weather and got to enjoy the big garden. We’ll miss the place.

Another faultless stay at Nick & Sharon’s lovely annexe. Never less than spotlessly clean throughout, kind and thoughtful touches in the kitchen and friendly helpful comms every time. Just a total pleasure to stay here. Top class Airbnb every time.

Architecturally amazing house, really comfortable and peaceful home to stay in. Gemma was a great host, really responsive and helpfully. The garden is amazing and we spent a lot of time outside with the fire pit, even saw some deer at the bottom of the garden. Highly recommend, especially if you appreciate great design.

Great house, with so much to do. Space for all the family, all the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the games room- pool table, arcade machine and darts were great fun. Kids loved the garden space. Hot tub was an added bonus. The welcome basket was so lovely, and there were plenty of amenities in the house, which not many Airbnb offer. Diswasher tablets, washing machine tablets, washing up soap, Nescafe pods, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, cornflour. There was also picnic bag, a few tuppawares for going out and about. Location was great, lots of shops locally down the road, and plenty of supermarkets near by. Lots of beaches near by, the one we chose was 7 miles away, and easy to get too. New forest was also local. There was a visitor book at the house with lots of information and locations for location attractions which was very useful.

Lovely home, spacious, modern, clean, and well equipped. Easy to find and Suzanne provides clear instructions and recommendations. Good parking. We used it as a base for a wedding at Stockbridge Farm Barn which is only a couple of minutes drive or under 20 minutes to walk. There is lots to do in the area (we visited Montacute House 25 mins away by car), and there are some nice walks from the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Amanda was really helpful beforehand, going out of her way to get recommendations as we had our baby with us. In addition, Amanda added extra child-friendly items that were really handy and thoughtful. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated, cosy, feels luxurious and is very comfortable. It was great to be able to walk to the Tesco metro and the patisserie! Easy access to seafront along Sandbanks, and we did a short drive to Alum Chine for an easy beachfront walk to Bournemouth. Highly recommend Oceanarium for children! Highly recommend the cottage and would stay again.

Wow what a house! You will not be disappointed. We felt we had stepped into a luxury lifestyle for the weekend. The spaces were great for the people staying with pockets of people chilling and socialising throughout. The house was very well equipped. The lounge in particular where we all ended the day was such a wonderful space for family to come together. It was a very special weekend and we would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at The Barn to celebrate two special family birthdays. It was even better than the photos, which is not always the case, and provided an extremely comfortable and open space to relax in, and great outdoor area. It definitely had the 'wow factor' for us and we couldn't believe our luck when we arrived. Really nicely furnished and a very well equipped kitchen, along with three immaculate bedrooms and bathrooms. Having a separate TV room was a bonus and made made the main area much more sociable. Charlie and Ali were friendly and helpful during our stay. We all had a great time, and so did Wilf (the dog), and can absolutely recommend staying here. We would love to visit again at some point in the future. Thanks very much for a happy and memorable stay.

Had a very pleasant stay at Phil’s flat. Clean, quiet and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Poole again for work. Highly recommended!

Me my partner and dog had a brilliant stay, Barrie and Paula could not have been helpful enough with any issues we had. Would 100% recommend to anyone else looking to stay in the Poole/Bournemouth area. We have no quarms in booking to stay here again.

We didn’t stay long enough to really appreciate the lovely little apartment for what it was, but for the night we stayed it was very homely. Barbara was a superb host and checked us in with flexibility. The house was very clean and had inviting decor. The small kitchen equipped with welcoming biscuits, milk and coffee whilst the rest of the apartment was more than enough space for our family of 3. Our daughter loved the child themed bedroom and took great joy in rummaging through the selection of toys and books. Great nights stay and extra thanks to Barbara for tending to our extra needs! Would recommend to any small family’s looking for a hub in the Poole area.

Great location, lots of lovely little touches which really made me feel welcome. Loved the monkey curtain holder in the bedroom! I’d definitely use again.

Beth’ s place is amazing. A calm and peaceful haven. From the thoughtful welcome card to the incredibly kind extra touches like bread, milk and eggs. Beth has created the most fantastic experience for guests. We had a fabulous 8 nights and really recommend this as a perfect place to stay.

Craig's place was just as lovely as the images. Craig was proactive and accommodating too. All in all, I would rate it a 5-star experience and would come back again! One thing that stood out for me was that the supplies Craig had were what you would actually use at your own home. It's the small things that I tend to carry but did not need to bring - like my own handwash or toilet roll. Everything Craig stocked, was good quality. He even had 2 working fans in both the rooms. Loved the experience inside the house. The place was a walking distance from the beach, yet, close to the high street (but secluded enough). So, loved the experience outside the house too. I visited with my husband and elderly parents, so the staircase and the single beds were a little inconvenient for us, but honestly, the place is lovely for a young family.

Well worth the cost. It was a really spacious place for 2 people. The kitchen had all the amenities you'd need plus more, it was a nice sized bedroom with a comfy bed and the bathroom was light and airy. It was a literal few minutes walk from the local pubs, restaurants and what looked like the busiest Fish and Chip shop in the area. There is also a supermarket a minutes walk away. The walk to Bournemouth town centre is a leisurely 20-30 minutes away

A lovely couple of nights here. It’s a really beautiful apartment, lovely decor and very clean. We we able to walk to the beach, the town and the ferry port where we got the boat over to Brownsea Island. There’s also a corner shop and Tesco express 5 min walk away!

Greta was a fabulous host. Communicated very well with succinct instructions. The apartment was exactly as described comfortable and stylish .The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean and tidy. The locality was great with lovely restaurants, cafes and the beach a short walk away . I can not too highly recommend Greta and the apartment we had a great stay and if we are back this way again will certainly be booking this apartment. The late check out Greta allowed me was a bonus thank you so much really appreciate it We both wish you all the best for the future and hope to stay again . Diane and Martin x

I had a great stay in Rebecca’s flat. It’s clean and tidy and well stocked with all you could need for short and longer stays and with some lovely, complimentary goodies. The flat has its own dedicated parking space and the location offers easy access to local shops, cafes and restaurants and is within good access to the beach. Rebecca was flexible in amending my stay duration which I appreciated, thank you.

Chris' apartment was a great find. We stayed for a month and booked after our previous arrangements were cancelled. we are delighted with the apartment and the location. The place was clean and bright, very comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was also beautifully decorated, with lovely touches, great guidebooks and some nice breakfast items for our first morning. Chris is a great host. His guidebook and instructions are invaluable - I would highly recommend anyone to take the time to read them before arriving. He has taken a lot of time and effort into putting the information together and it makes life so much easier and certainly adds to the enjoyment of your stay.

Claire's apartment was lovely with beautiful views of the sea! All three of the bedrooms were huge with really comfy beds, our children loved the toy box and my daughter was particularly fond of a cushion with seagulls on it :) It was so great to have all the extras for staying with a baby and young children, including next-to-me cot, highchair, children's toilet seat and step and tableware. We loved the location, perfect for both a short walk to Alum Chine beach and a quick drive to Bournemouth Pier and the Aquarium. My daughter asked if we could come back every Father's Day! :D x

What a wonderful place to stay for a really relaxing weekend. The annex was perfect for the two of us with everything we needed and Mari was very welcoming and informative. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay, the apartment is beautiful and in such an amazing location. Our kids loved being able to walk to the beach and playground, and we loved having a great coffee shop 30 seconds away. The living room was great for a slump on the sofa after a busy day. Parking at the pub worked well. Thanks for a great stay!

I’ve stayed at this property before many years ago when it was first listed so this was a return trip because of how good it was the first time. It’s great to see its still in exactly the same condition it was all those years ago. Is quite simply one of the most beautiful apartments there is. The location is incredible and it has been decorated with such care and thought. The photos don’t really do it justice even though they are great too. It’s a place you will visit and think “ I would love to live here” Modern with a hint of style overlooking the sea, you can’t really ask for anything more. A lovely touch of being able to check out later was the icing on absolutely wonderful trip. This one isn’t to be missed!
