Beautiful cottage and we had a fantastic time here. Poppy Cottage is extremely comfortable. We all slept great. Spacious kitchen and lovely garden to relax in. A really great property. Thank you for a great stay 😊

Lynda is a brilliant host and had tea, coffee, milk and fruits ready for us before we arrived. The place was very clean and felt like home. Kids loved the place and the board games. The icing on the cake is the location as, it is next to Ocean edge. She responded promptly for any questions we had. We have enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return back if we visit surrounding places. Thank you very much for hosting us Lynda, we had a great time.

This was a lovely spacious house with lots of rooms to spread out socially. The pool was the most amazing feature. The host met us at the property to show us how the pool worked and to give us the lockbox code. They were friendly. They let us know we could message them if we needed anything, then they left us to our own privacy. You might need to bring a spare towel so you have one for the pool and one for the shower. Tea and coffee were provided but you need to make sure you have some milk with you. There was toilet roll, And kitchen roll. Washing up liquid. You might want to bring a box of tissues for General use and some multipurpose cleaning wet wipes. We had a lovely stay and we will definitely be returning.

Absolutely beautiful, stylish caravan. Felt like a luxury hotel. Quiet spot, direct and easy location. The hosts were absolutely marvellous and have provided a clean and enjoyable space. Very quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout. A hidden gem both the owners and there beautiful accommodation.

Jennifer’s home was beautiful, clean,extremely well equipped and had absolutely everything we needed for a lovely peaceful break away. Especially appreciated having little extras like the comfortable deck furniture, fleece blankets, salt pepper soap cloths etc. would definitely recommend and definitely would book again.

The lodge was fabulous, really enjoyed our stay. I even picked up a couple of decor ideas. Had a lovely time feeding the ducks, swans and other wildlife, very relaxing. Shops and amenities easy to get to by car, lovely restaurants around the area. Would absolutely recommend.

We had such a fun time! The accommodation was beautifully designed and a great set up to enjoy our birthday with friends. We enjoyed the hot tub, and a great spacious living room space for us all. The host had excellent communication with quick responses to help me with anything I needed. We want to come back and try the other accommodations they offer. Was such a fun experience, and our friends loved the feel of the house and set up.

We had a fantastic stay , the barn was beautiful ,mike was very helpful and friendly. My granddaughters was very happy to see the baby chicks hatching and the lovely fresh eggs went down well for breakfast , we didn't use the pool has the girl's was bad and and it would be nice if it was in with the price , £40 a day is a bit much if ur there for a few days and only using it for about an hour or so a day . A fantastic place well worth a visit

Great accommodation for a large family get together. We were a party of 9 and there was absolutely plenty of room. Accommodation was spacious, well equipped and spotless, one of the cleanest air bnb’s I have stayed in. Great location in St Anne’s , handy for the beach , shops and pubs/ restaurants. Great comms with Alex and Helen, super prompt. Nice to have the early check in and check out options , would also recommend the hot tub!

Lovely house in a great location with plenty of amenities within walking distance. Olivia was also a great host, who always responded in good time to any queries. Would highly recommend.

Great find, family of 4 stayed for a weekend to explore Blackpool, good location. Peaceful, quiet, cul de sac location, with private off road driveway. Check in was easy, bungalow was spotlessly clean and very modern, our children loved the bunk beds! Everything we needed for a weekend away, check out at 12pm was a real bonus! Surrounding area nice with short drive to Blackpool. Would highly recommend and would stay again if in the area. Host very proactive and responsive. Thank you for our stay, great family memories made!

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a perfect break. The house is beautiful with attention to every detail. It is pristine and spotless. It is 10 minute walk to the pub and lovely little village, and a short drive to the seaside. We would definitely come back and wish we could have stayed longer.

Great place to stay - it must, be we've stayed twice now! Emilee is a fantastic host and the house is lovely and nice and quiet yet really convenient.

Jack was very accommodating with an earlier check in. The house is lovely, comfortable and well furnished. It is only a 5 minute walk to the centre of St. Annes so the location is really good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again. Many thanks.

We've had a 2 nights stay and all that we needed was furfilled. A quiet an peacefully zone. We nedeed a big space for 9, and Sarah's property was exactly what we looked for.

Our stay at Trent House was perfect. Beautiful house, spotlessly clean & comfortable with gorgeous decor & very very comfy beds! A lovely quiet, peaceful spot with a lovely outdoor area too. A fantastic location for a weekend in Lytham with the local amenities on the doorstep. I would highly recommend it & will definitely stay there again. Jacqui’s comms were second to none & nothing was too much trouble. The only negative I can find is that I didn’t book a longer stay! We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great couple of nights here. The home was newly refurbished to a high standard. The host gave clear instructions for check in. A lovely house.

We had a fantastic time staying at the townhouse. The house was just what we needed to celebrate my sister's engagement. Plenty of space for 12 of us to stay! The hot tub and garden bar were an extra perk The host was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again!

One of the nicest, most well thought out and brilliantly managed airbnbs we ever stayed in, in the last 10 years! Comfortable, easy flat with everything laid on, lovely decor and facilities, thoughtful touches and so easy to walk into town to get a meal. Really highly recommended, thank you x.

We were a group of eight adults staying for 3 nights in May. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. great location for a few minutes drive into Lytham with many shops and restaurants. The dining table has only 6 chairs so we had to use a couple of stools. More seating is needed please. We would definitely stay again.

A lovely home. Clean and very well stocked. It even had an coffeemaker complete with ground coffee - amazing. Compact, well designed, very bright and cheerful downstairs area with very comfortable armchairs and everything we needed for our stay. Upstairs the very large bedroom had an extremely large and comfortable bed. We slept so well. Outside the front garden is large and very private. A short walk to the shops, restaurants, local train station and cafes of Birkdale made it a perfect location for our few days in the area. We hope to return.

Steve was a great host, attentive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The house is close to many attractions but also nestled away in a private, quiet close. Would recommend Steve’s home and love to stay again.

Lovely house with all the amenities needed for our stay. Fabulous enclosed garden. Driveway quite narrow but we managed to get both cars on the drive and could have easily used off road parking. Easy access to the beach and short walk to shops. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I had a fantastic weekend at Rosalind’s beautiful house. The property was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained - it had everything we needed and more! Rosalind was also a brilliant host, very responsive and providing us with some great recommendations for the local area. The icing on an overall great weekend were the barbecue and hot tub, which we made the most of during our stay. I could not recommend this place more and I will definitely be coming back for a stay in the near future!
