Het appartement heeft een 2 persoons-slaapkamer met aangrenzende badkamer en een aparte ruimte met een volledig uitgeruste woonkeuken met uitgang naar de mooie tuin. De slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden 90 breed. Aan de straat kant is de ingang.
