As a westener travelling to south east asia for the first time, my partner needed somewhere that was cool, clean and accessible. The AC (one in living room, one in each upstairs bedroom) worked fantastically. Everyone would frequently complain they were cold because the AC is so strong! The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you need to cook. The bathrooms are clean and well equipped too. The only issues we had were the noise of the cockerels which lived across the street and the stray dogs which would hang around outside, sometimes they would bark and make noise throughout the entire night! The other issue was that it was very difficult to find a grab driver sometimes due to the location, i think many drivers want to avoid mawaque area due to the traffic so it was difficult to get a taxi sometimes. Other than that we had a fantastic stay and were very impressed with Angel’s help and communication throughout our stay.

The place is super close to Aqua Planet and there are tons of great food spots around, which was super convenient. The place was really easy to find, and the host was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Thank you, Ms. Kixx!

My family enjoyed our stay ❤️ Peaceful, cool, and breezy at night Enjoyed working outside on their little bench which is very relaxing Clean room with all the essentials Easy to find and convenient for food deliveries Loved the coffee station! grinding fresh beans each morning was a great start to the day Host was helpful and responsive, even when the Wi-Fi briefly went out.
