We loved the place - spotless, spacious, comfortable and with an unbeatable view. Timothy was quick to respond and Ate Thaline took care of all our needs. Wish we stayed longer and already planning our nexr visit!

Sir Ted is very hospitable. He is very friendly and considerate. It felt peaceful throughout our entire stay. Me and my friend were telling him that we will eventually come back if ever we’re going to Batangas next time. The place was surrounded by trees with fruits. It’s spacious and cozy. I would definitely recommend this place. The amenities are complete and you can’t go wrong with anything.

We had a wonderful stay for my sister's Bridal Shower! The place is cozy, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. It has all the amenities you could need, making it super comfortable and convenient. The host was very friendly and welcoming, and the reception of the place was equally warm and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was good.

This is a great house for a long term staycation, 15 minutes from downtown, in a gated and private subdivision. The area is safe and secluded, with guards at both entrances. All amenities for short or long term accomodations are included; we stayed 3 weeks. Your own private transportation is *highly recommended*, as local rideshare is not available in the immediate area and/or hard to book. Foodpanda is available. However, there are usually tricycles hanging around in the main front gate. Host is responsive and we enjoyed our 3 weeks here. I would stay here again, 10/10.

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! Thanks Joey and rest of the team! Hello also to Ayesha- the beautiful baby girl!

She and her husband is very accommodating and very friendly. They always check on us if we are comfortable and if we need anything. We had an excellent stay at Cristina's place. The home was spacious, modern and in a great location. Communication was smooth ans check-in was super easy. May need some general cleaning in some spots like the bathrooms but no biggie. The space and the pool made a big difference. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend.

This really has the hotel vibes that you’re looking for. If you want to get some peace, just rest and have nothing to do, this can be your go to place to just rest and chill. Watch Netflix, play games, look at the beautiful surroundings of Tagaytay, it really has the comfort you need to feel cozy and rest your mind from everything.

We had a pleasant stay at this location and the apartment was clean and private. The air conditioner was cold and amenities useful. I liked how the TV was in front of the bed. We had a fridge to store drinks and leftovers from the restaurants we visited as well. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was very clean and smelled fresh, which made us feel comfortable right away. The admin and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, we totally enjoyed our time here it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The short stay was great. We were able to relax in Ellen’s place after a hectic get together with family in the area. Clean. Airconditioning was on point especially in Batangas😊

Liked the place especially that it's pet friendly! Clean space ans complete kitchen utensils. Host is very responsive and instructions were very clear we didn't have a hard time getting in to Pico and the place itself. Recommendable!
