The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Our free range hens roam but so long as you keep your gate closed they won't disturb you. We have koi & goldfish in a pond just outside your area, feel free to venture out there. We live upstairs but you have your own entrance. The unit is warm in winter & cool in summer. Waterfalls 5 mins away, sights/attractions 15 min drive.
