For those who love hiking, there are several marked trails to reach places of interest such as Lake Delio, Campagnano. 3 km away is Maccagno, on the shores of Lake Maggiore, where you can go canoeing, wind surfing and sailing. From Maccagno, by boat, you can reach the most important places on the lake, both Italian and Swiss.

The villa (9 people) consists of a spacious house (upstairs) and a separate smaller apartment (downstairs). The house (5 people) and apartment (4 people) are rented separately with the exception of July and August. The villa is then rented as a whole.

It is part of an ancient house situated in the romantic village of S.Agata at just fifteen minutes drive from the center of Cannobbio. Probably in very old times, this house was a kind of castle with his courtyard and the tower reaching 360 °of sight!
