An incredibly clean and spacious home with views of the ocean on every level. You’ve got a coffee bar and some gorgeous little bars right down the end of the street, then 6kms drive into the main city so perfect for driving around with a hire car. We loved our time here!

What a special gem in the countryside Absolutely loved our stay Our accommodation was so authentic and had everything we needed Julia was amazing, she worked so tirelessly from an informative check in…even recommending and booking dinner for us which was possibly the best meal we had during our stay in Italy The breakfast room was delightful and breakfast delicious..all made with love by Julia Everything was super clean and the amenities fantastic We enjoyed lounging by the pool It was fun meeting fellow travellers over breakfast and loved sharing stories Thanks for a fabulous stay Highly recommended

We had such a wonderful stay here! The renovation of this former fisherman’s house has been so well done, with such a good use of the space, we felt right at home. The location was great for us, stunning views of the sea, and right next to a lovely spot for swimming and sunbathing. Very much a local feeling compared to the centre of town! A nice walk to the centre, about 20 minutes, alternatively a very short drive. Plenty of parking right opposite the house. Flavio was a really attentive and kind host throughout our stay. Nice little touches like a bottle of wine and a snack on our arrival as well as restaurant recommendations, even offering to reserve tables for us. We arrived on a national holiday, so the parking was busier than usual, but Flavio had saved us a space which was very considerate!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the year, and these were by far the most lovely I’ve ever interacted with! The property is beautiful. We came in October so it was more quiet than during the summer, but the beach was wonderful and very closely positioned to old town Monopoli (though not walkable if that’s what you’re looking for). The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you’d need to cook (which we did) and the patio is spectacular looking at the Adriatic (we ate all of our meals there). The hosts provided tons of recommendations and I’d recommend to anyone!!

A magnificent place, ideal for total disconnection, in the middle of olive trees, far from the hustle and bustle of the coasts but only 15 minutes from the sea. It is very well arranged, on one level with several bathrooms (and a super nice outdoor shower!) comfortable beds, beautiful outdoor spaces, a barbecue... I'm probably forgetting something. We didn't miss anything! Of course, a car is essential because it is a little far from everything.
