Holiday rentals with beach access in Macedonia Greece

We had an absolutely lovely time at Eleni's apartment! From the moment we arrived, the experience was wonderful. The location is unbeatable-just steps from the beach, allowing us to enjoy swims in the morning as well as being able to eat breakfast outside whilst looking at the sea. It's really peaceful but also so close to lots of restaurants and bars as well as the local shop. Eleni was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and even provided a lovely welcome basket of local treats for our arrival. We're already dreaming of our next visit to this slice of paradise. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene beachside escape!

Soggiorno in zona meravigliosa! svegliarsi e avere il mare di fronte non ha prezzo. l'alloggio è piccolo ma grazioso e funzionale, ha tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno. l'host è stato super gentile, disponibile e amichevole. grazie!!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier – und es war wieder einfach perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Klimaanlage sowohl oben als auch unten, was besonders an heißen Tagen angenehm ist. Der Balkon und der Blick aufs Meer sind traumhaft – da beginnt die Erholung sofort. Die Straße ist etwas belebt, daher darf man keine absolute Ruhe erwarten, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Lage und der Charme der Unterkunft machen das mehr als wett. Vassiliki ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin: herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Eirini kelimenin tam anlamıyla harika bir ev sahibi. İçten ve yardımsever bir insan. Her sabah ve akşam bir isteğiniz var mı diye sıruyor. Evin yeri harika, plaja yürüme mesafesinde ve restoranlar, kafeler ve marketlere çok yakın. Huzurlu bir 2 gün geçerdik. Programımıza uysaydı daha uzun kalırdık. Teşekkürler Eirini.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s beautifully renovated with a modern design, very clean, and located in a quiet building which offered a peaceful contrast to the lively atmosphere of Thessaloniki. We especially loved the bathroom and its lighting, a real highlight. Also, Christos was incredibly kind and responded to all our questions very quickly. Highly recommended!

Kyriakos dürüst, centilmen ve cana yakın bir ev sahibi. Kendi evimiz kadar rahat ettik. Abartısız söylüyorum: Daha önce bu kadar temiz bir yerde kalmadım. Kyriakos o kadar tecrübeli ki, her soruma hızla cevap verdi ama bir şey sormama pek gerek kalmadı. Bize harita pinleriyle birlikte, gerekli olabilecek ve önerebileceği her yer, restoran ve plajın listesini attı. Önerdiği her yere hayran kaldık. 3.günün sabahı temiz havlularımızı kapıda asılı bulduk. Biz yorumların aksine evi küçük bulmadık. Mutfakta birkaç kez yemek yedik ve her şeyi rahatça hazırlayabildik. Balkonu dinlenmek için mükemmel. Dolap kıyafetlerimizi rahatça aldı. Yatak rahattı. Biz varmadan klimayı açmıştı ama gerek kalmadı. Geceleri serin ve güzeldi. Bölge sessiz ve sakin. Yakındaki plaj gayet kullanışlı. Araç için şahsi ve gölgelik yer var. Teşekkür ederiz Kyriakos, umarım tekrar geleceğiz!

Il posto è bellissimo, in questa area serve la macchina per spostarsi e raggiungere i servizi. L’host è stato super disponibile e ci ha dato consigli local su dove andare. Tutto corrisponde alle foto

Despoina ist sehr hilfsbereit und äusserst freundlich und war immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. 🌿✨

İnanılmaz bir deneyimdi! Öncelikle o kadar huzurlu, o kadar keyifli bir evdi ki sanki dünyada değil gibisiniz. İhtiyacınız olabilecek her şey vardı. Aklınıza gelebilecek her şey düşünülmüş. Kıyafetlerinizi ve özel eşyalarınızı alıp direkt gelebileceğiniz kadar doluydu ev. Hemen 5 dakika mesafede kamp alanlarının plajı var, yoğun değilerse oradan denize de girebiliyorsunuz. Ev fotoğraftakilerden çok daha güzeldi ve tertemizdi. Resmen kendi evimde gibi hissettim. Bazı yerler anlatılarak anlaşılmaz, kesinlikle deneyim etmelisiniz. Zeynep Hanıma çok teşekkür ederiz, kendisi inanılmaz ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Her şey çok güzeldi, umarız ki daha çok geleceğiz. 💌

Our stay at Eleni’s beautiful Greek house was nothing short of magical. One of the highlights was her generosity in supplying fresh vegetables, eggs & olive oil all from her property. We were treated to several delicious authentic local dishes which reflected the region’s rich culinary traditions, and you could taste the freshness in every bite. The house itself was a stunning example of authentic Greek architecture, with charming details that gave it a unique character. The view was breathtaking—panoramic scenes of the sparkling sea and distant islands. Whether enjoying a meal on the terrace or relaxing with a glass of wine, the landscape made every moment special. This stay was more than just a vacation; it felt like an immersion into Greek culture, thanks to the host’s warmth and hospitality. Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

Katerina & Andreas m'ont accueilli chaleureusement et m'ont attendu malgré le retard de mon vol. La maisonnette est super, très bien décorée, avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Une fois les fenêtres fermées, on n'entend rien de dehors. Le logement est situé à côté d'une supérette et non loin d'une boulangerie (à pieds), et est à 10-15min de l'aéroport (sans qu'on ne soit dérangé par les avions). Arrivant tard, je leur avais demandé s'ils étaient d'accord pour me laisser quelque chose pour le petit déjeuner moyennant supplément, et ils m'ont laissé de quoi manger dans le frigo. Je recommande à 100%, on se sent comme à la maison, je reviendrais avec plaisir 😊

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

Este o situatie mai rar intalnita ,in care realitatea este chiar superioara fotografiilor.Locatia este chiar pe malul marii si ofera o priveliste de vis.Casa este amenajata cu gust,curata si dotata cu absolut totul pt.o sedere placuta si confortabila.Drumul de acces este frumos prin livada de maslini si curtea ingrijita si frumos amenajata.Gazda noastra a fost f.draguta,prietenos si a avut grija de toate amanuntele.Daca doriti priveliste deosebita,mare,liniste,relaxare si maslini,aici este locul perfect. Multumim frumos pt clipele de vis petrecute aici.

Τα 5 αστέρια είναι λίγα… Ένα ιδανικό μέρος για ιδιωτικότητα, επαφή με τη φύση, χαλάρωση και ηρεμία! Αν η εικόνα του σπιτιού μας είναι μέρος του χαρακτήρα μας…τότε η Catherine & ο Alexander είναι υπέροχοι, ξεχωριστοί! Ένα σπίτι με κάθε γωνιά του προσεγμένη.Με πινελιές που έχουν τις εικόνες των οικοδεσποτών από τα ταξίδια τους. Ένα μπαλκόνι βυθισμένο στα πεύκα, με θέα το απέραντο γαλάζιο! Καλαίσθητα έπιπλα, ξεχωριστή διακόσμηση, πεντακάθαρα λινά υφάσματα σε όλο σχεδόν το σπίτι ακόμη και στο king size κρεβάτι μας. Λεπτομέρειες σε όλο το σπίτι ακόμη και καθημερινές χρηστικές που δείχνουν πως η φιλοξενία αυτή γίνεται με αγάπη! Ευχαριστούμε γιατί δώσατε στις ημέρες των διακοπών μας τη ξεχωριστή πινελιά να νιώθουμε σαν το σπίτι μας!

We’ve had a wonderful family stay at the beach house. It’s your own little house on your own “private” beautiful beach, with the water right at your feet. A nice simple house on the beach, with the sound of the waves to sweeten your night’s sleep. The two tasty taverns next by with a wonderful vista just make it all the better.

We had a wonderful seaside vacation at Niko’s place with our kids. The apartment is right on the beach, safe and secluded, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our children could safely play outside—in the yard, on the beach just steps away, or at the basketball court right in front of the building. The beach was beautiful, and the view from the terrace was unforgettable and peaceful, accompanied by the songs of birds. Niko was quick to respond and helpful with everything. We definitely recommend this place!

Wir waren hier Ende Mai und sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, es gibt aber dennoch viele Restaurants und kleine Cafés in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alle Ausstattungen wie beschrieben vorhanden. Der Checkin war sehr einfach und flexibel. Wir konnten nach Absprache sogar schon vormittags um 11 Uhr einchecken. Es gab zwar kein privaten Parkplatz an der Unterkunft, aber immer genügend Parkplätze an der Straße direkt vor der Unterkunft.

Estivermos no apartamento de Korinna por quase 3 meses e foi absolutamente perfeito. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, tem tudo que se pode precisar para cozinhar. As roupas de cama e banho, em quantidade, eram de excelente qualidade. A localização não podia se melhor, a uma quadra da orla e a duas quadras da centralíssima praça Aristotelius, com grande quantidade de mercados, bares e restaurantes ao redor. O contato com Korinna foi extremamente fácil e rápido. A mãe de Korinna, Eva, foi de uma gentileza impar e nos brindou com um maravilhoso doce típico de Tessalônica por ocasião da Páscoa ! Quando retornarmos a Tessalônica esperamos poder ficar hospedados novamente nesse ótimo apartamento.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön fanden wir die Möglichkeit, mit Booten, die nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt am Steg lagen, in ca. 40 Minuten direkt in die Innenstadt zu fahren. Auch die Lage direkt am Strand und der herrliche Blick vom Balkon, von dem aus man den Sonnenuntergang genießen konnte, haben uns begeistert. Außerdem sind viele Lokale, Bäckereien und alles, was man braucht, bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Прекрасный апартамент, чистый, для приготовления еды имеется все необходимое плита, посуда, так же есть кофемашина и много капсул кофе. Чистое белье, кондиционер есть в каждой комнате-что очень важно.Парковка бесплатная около дома-всегда было место. И конечно, собака, которую полюбили все отдыхающие. Спасибо, мы обязательно вернемся!

It was truly a wonderful experience. Both the cleanliness of the apartment and the communication with the host made the stay even better. The location is very central, allowing easy access to many places on foot. Looking forward to staying here again.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft. Sie liegt etwas vom Stadt Zentrum entfernt, ca 45 min zu Fuß, was aber überhaupt nicht schlimm ist, weil man die ganze Strecke am Wasser entlang gehen kann. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Das Highlight war die Terasse, von der man sehr schön aufs Wasser gucken konnte. Wir würden immer wieder bei Sofia Buchen. 😊
