We use this lovely Airbnb every time we come back to Skiathos. It's a granny flat at the back of a house with veggie garden and outdoor setting. There is a beach umbrella for you to use as well. The unit is a 5 min walk pass the marina to town with great bars and restuarents. The best thing it's very quiet at night as Skiathos is not a party island , mostly family and middle age people. You can catch the bus from airport only 3 euro's about 10 mins to town bus stop then a 5 min walk to unit. There is a nice size supermarket only 300m from town bus stop if you want to cook. The bus takes you up the coast to nearly all the beach stops so you really don't need a car. The marina has day boat trips to satisfy the Mamma Mia fans , great trips. The sea water is refreshing when we went in June the 4th-11. Make sure to sign up to Netflix, U tube or prime for TV use. It's great to unwind sitting at the front of the bars opposite the marina watching all the people go by. xxx

What a gem! It's perfect for a family of three, four or even five. We love music so didn't mind hearing it from the neighboring beach club/restaurant like some of the other past guests. It never bothered us. The indoor space has everything you need to dine and sleep in comfort, while the outdoor area is the true attraction. Seconds away from swimming, spacious garden for hanging out and plenty to do within walking distance. We will definitely return if we visit the beautiful town of Chanioti in the future. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in the beach house, literally five steps away from the beach, where we were greeted by Toroni the house cat and her kitten! The historical house was recently renovated so everything is brand new, the house is very roomy and cozy, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything we needed was there, even some breakfast was waiting for us in the fridge! The host Michaela is very friendly and answered our questions quickly, everything worked out well even though we had no chance to meet in person. For an off-season visit this place was a perfect quiet getaway.

Great stay and a kind host!

The location is a dream, we stood there for 3 weeks toghether with a dog and a 1 year old baby and we fully enjoyed the garden and the views. The place is near a restaurant, 7 min by car to a shop, you have very close by all sort of beaches and Nea Peramos offers a great number of places to eat. Also, there is a wild beach with sand just below the house. The acomodation itself has all you need and also they provided a baby bed as well as a baby feedind chair which helped us a lot. All in all, due to the panormaic views, proximity to everything but as well as the privacy that it offers, we highly recommend this stay.

I would highly recommend this place to everyone! The apartment was just a minute walk to the beach and the amenities were amazing! The owners were so sweet and helpful! And the apartment was spotless. We will be booking this again next summer.

We had just amazing holidays. If you want to get away from the crowds and enjoy the real Greece, June's place is the perfect choice. The village is fantastic, people are very friendly and supportive, the nature around is just breathtaking. Thank you June, thank you Nea Koutali. We will never ever forget you!

Wonderful hosts and place! Rainer and Marina were very helpful and communicative before and during our trip, they would call us to make sure everything was going well when finding the place and provided the best instructions. The place is private with gated parking so that's a plus. Close to the main city by driving with lots of restaurants and grocery stores near by. Would definitely stay there again.

If you are looking for a nice, calm place, to spend a few days with a company, this is your place. This is not a luxury house, its a country house with all the benefits and downsides of it. We liked it very much and were absolutely satisfied. There were some inconveniences - most of the doors were squeaking and not closing well, we oiled them so they are quiet now, but for closing they still need a maintenance. It surely will be fixed easily. The kitchen needs to be equipped better for four persons. There were issues with the beds. But these were things that didn't spoil our stay. We adapted and had a really pleasant time there. The house has such a pleasant atmosphere and a good vibe. The place is calm and beautiful and we recommend it 100%!

Great place to stay - we didn't take full advantage as just passing through but worth the visit.

We enjoyed the beautiful landscape around the house. The beach is near and very clean. However, the road slope is high. All the facilities in the house were comfortable and well organized. The surrounding pines are home to birds that sing all the time, which was so energizing and relaxing.

this place is nothing short of beauty. right in a beautiful gulf, up on the hill, in a sweet local house, I spent the probably most beautiful vacation. it's very quiet. the birds are competing with their melodies and the private wild sandy beach with crystal clear water is just a bonus to add to the relaxation. the house and outdoor space is very spacious and one can truly find space to withdraw and recharge one's batteries. the house has everything one needs for the vacation - and beyond. a/c war barely needed, as it's always fresh and airy. Euripides is incredibly friendly and supportive in all aspects. truly enjoyed talking with him. he and all the people he connected me with have still the real Greek Philoxenia in them. I felt cared for and well hosted at all times. due to it's location it's recommended to rent a car if you want to travel around and enjoy some of the island's beauties. I'd always come back! Epharisto para poli for these wonderful, relaxing days!

A place for disconnecting. Absolutely picturesque with a small beach amidst pine trees, and just 10-15 mins from Kavala. Linda, the host, is incredibly warm and welcoming. Just a heads up, the houses are actually two, one next to the other, so you might end up sharing the barbecue or the hammock with your neighbors. Still, it's a lovely spot for a relaxing getaway!

Nice villa for the whole family! The host is also very nice and helpful. There is everything you need as described. The only problem we had was with some spiders or other insect that bit us a lot, more than 10 bites each person... Otherwise everything was great, especially the garden with the nice shade during the day.
