What a gem! It's perfect for a family of three, four or even five. We love music so didn't mind hearing it from the neighboring beach club/restaurant like some of the other past guests. It never bothered us. The indoor space has everything you need to dine and sleep in comfort, while the outdoor area is the true attraction. Seconds away from swimming, spacious garden for hanging out and plenty to do within walking distance. We will definitely return if we visit the beautiful town of Chanioti in the future. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in the beach house, literally five steps away from the beach, where we were greeted by Toroni the house cat and her kitten! The historical house was recently renovated so everything is brand new, the house is very roomy and cozy, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything we needed was there, even some breakfast was waiting for us in the fridge! The host Michaela is very friendly and answered our questions quickly, everything worked out well even though we had no chance to meet in person. For an off-season visit this place was a perfect quiet getaway.

Eine sehr liebevolle Unterkunft direkt am Strand.

The location is a dream, we stood there for 3 weeks toghether with a dog and a 1 year old baby and we fully enjoyed the garden and the views. The place is near a restaurant, 7 min by car to a shop, you have very close by all sort of beaches and Nea Peramos offers a great number of places to eat. Also, there is a wild beach with sand just below the house. The acomodation itself has all you need and also they provided a baby bed as well as a baby feedind chair which helped us a lot. All in all, due to the panormaic views, proximity to everything but as well as the privacy that it offers, we highly recommend this stay.

Our family had an amazing time! The place was very clean and the location is prefect for the families with kids. We definitely will come back. Elena is very friendly and communication with her was easy!

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful and relaxing place to stay, this is your place! I and my family were surprised at how beautiful everything was. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and looked after. I could not find anything of fault . Perhaps the beach was not as sandy as it could have been. The water had loads of stones and we avoided it. But that did not take away from the serenity of the place.

I would highly recommend this place to everyone! The apartment was just a minute walk to the beach and the amenities were amazing! The owners were so sweet and helpful! And the apartment was spotless. We will be booking this again next summer.

We had just amazing holidays. If you want to get away from the crowds and enjoy the real Greece, June's place is the perfect choice. Η κυρία Ελένη ήταν πολύ ευγενική, πρόθυμη να μας ικανοποιήσει τις ανάγκες μας και πολύ φιλόξενη! Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό και ακριβώς όπως μας είχε περιγράψει η οικοδέσποινα. Βρίσκεται κοντά στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων και γι'αυτό είναι σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία ! Θα το επισκεπτομασταν ξανά στο μέλλον !!

Warm welcome, quiet place, clean and very close to the beach. The owner was always available if we needed help. Even umbrellas and seats for the beach were provided. Nice garden to barbecue the fish from the market in Ormos. We really enjoyed the stay.

Wir waren eine Woche bei George und es hat uns super gefallen. Die Bungalows sind perfekt gelegen, um die Ruhe und Natur zu genießen. Die nächste Stadt mit Einkausmöglichkeiten und guten Restaurants ist ca 10 Minuten entfernt mit dem Auto. Man braucht auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen. Der Garten und alles um die Bungalows ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt überall Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten, um zu entspannen. Am Privatstrand gibt es zu den Liegen sogar ein Surfbrett, welches jeder benutzen kann. George und sein Team haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, damit einem nichts fehlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Super ausgestattete Terrasse mit malerischen Ausblick auf das Meer und den Hafen. Wenn man hier sitzt möchte man nicht mehr aufstehen. Das Türkis des Meeres spiegelt sich in der liebevoll gestalteten Wohnung und besonders auf der Terrasse wieder. Das ist Griechenland! Das Bad und die Küche sind klein aber man lebt ja auf der Terrasse. Etliche Tavernen in der näheren Umgebung laden zum Genießen ein. Paulina ist eine sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin. Für die karibisch anmutenden Traumstrände wurden Strandtücher und Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch bei persönlichen Problemen war Paulina sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Paulina gefühlt und können das Apartement auch aufgrund des guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nur empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für das schöne Give-away.

Die schönste Unterkunft in der wir jemals waren und perfekt für Familien. Traumhafter Garten, unglaublicher Ausblick - ein privater Strand und alles was man benötigt von Küchenutensilien bis Schwimmsachen für die Kinder. Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, Kühlschrank mit Lebensmittel für Supermarktpreise. Immer ein Ansprechpartner, schnelle Antworten. Ich könnte hier noch viel mehr erzählen und schwärmen. Ein Stückchen Erde, dass es so kaum noch gibt! Ein wahres Juwel mit dem Duft von Jasmin und wundervollen Pflanzen im Mai. Besser als die Bilder. Vielen Dank für alles und hoffentlich bis Bald!
