Just 500 meters from the sand of the beach, inside a great gated community, with all security. Ipioca is a neighborhood in the city of Maceió that is about 19 km from the center. On the almost exclusive beach, there is a complex called Hibiscus Beach Club, which offers amenity and leisure, drinks in the pool, massage, excellent meals, hammocks and live shows.

Welcome to Kitnets Pereira! Our place is very close to Pajuçara Beach and the Maceió Ferris Wheel, just 300 meters away! The Maceió waterfront is beautiful and a must-see! Pleasant atmosphere, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, and very cozy! Near our studio apartment, you will find a convenience store, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, snack bars, and other businesses. We left a folder with tips and a map of the surrounding area. I will be happy to welcome you!
