Great place...great host

I had a fantastic time booking this property, from the USA, for my family located in Kenya. Sid’s place was very affordable and since I had a last minute change in itinerary after booking, Sid was helpful in finding a neighboring place (literally the house next to his property), to host my family after which they moved to his property. Sid was very responsive and supportive throughout and my family had an absolutely wonderful time at his place. I’d book this place over and over again, and I’d recommend anyone traveling with a big family to Nairobi to consider staying at Sid’s house.

i wish I was kidding but I had the best time at this place. We were well taken care of and we had such a good time. If you get time kindly go stay there. The beds are very comfortable. Nickson is always available.We are definitely going back.

AMAZING! We honestly don't understand that this house does not only have 5-star ratings! It is such a beautiful farm with a very high ceiling, and one small pool next to the house and a bigger one at the end of the garden. The photos do not do the place justice, it's even nicer in real life. And it feels so much like you're in nature even though it's only a short drive from Nairobi. When driving towards the house one can see zebras and giraffes. Would definitely recommend!! It's a bit expensive but we went with a group so that we could divide the money. All in all: 11 out of 10 for this house.

Alexander was a wonderful host! His place was great, it is located near to the airport, beds were comfy and he made us feel really welcome!

I stayed in this house for two weeks and had a positive experience. I had duties in and around Thika area and this house was absolutely convenient. The house lies near the highway and in a quiet neibourhood. The house has a househelp who is available 24/7 and is very kind. One ca use her as need be. The area is secure and quiet. I recomend this place.

We enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very very friendly and accommodating, the house is beautiful and inclusive, great to come with kids too( so much space to play and games too!) , beautiful art and pieces… truly fun! Greg recommended some great vibes from the Kamba people… truly,a hidden gem. Definitely definitely going back more and more

Vickie's place is great. It's very spacious and ideal for family. The location is very secure and quiet giving you that homely environment you are looking for.. Public and private transport are easily accessible. Vicky and Paul are very hospitable. They were available on call for our entire period is stay. They went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable The treat by the chef is out of this world. I will definitely stay in Vickie's place again and I highly recommend it to someone looking for a home away from home

The studio was amazing and we felt right at home. Quite relaxed and cozy. Winsome was a gracious host and very responsive as well. Hope to be back another time…

This was my second time at Edwin’s .. spacious rooms especially for families with small kids, walking distance to the mall, I highly recommend this and will definitely come back again 👌

Great location and amenities, and Emily was always on hand to assist, coordinate, offer great suggestions etc. A really great place to stay yourself, or for when extra accommodation is required for those times one has friends/family/colleagues arriving en masse.

Philip was a great host: We stayed at Philip's Airbnb in Nairobi while traveling on business the four of us and had a very pleasant experience. Although there are long stairs up to the fourth floor, the place was comfortable and well-maintained. Philip was always available and responsive to our needs, providing a warm welcome and excellent support throughout our stay. We had no issues at all and would highly recommend this place.

Nice and clean apartment. The view is breathtaking. I spotted a giraffe from the balcony. Daniel provided binoculars which was a great addition to the fantastic view. Daniel was very responsive and communicated quickly. We stayed for 2 nights after our safari and before our flight back home. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for having us.

Phylis’ place is amazing and feels at home, well maintained, cleaned and loved it even on our second stay, highly recommend it. It is very close to the JKIA and SGR which was a plus for us.

Very homey place. Felt right at home. All 3 bedrooms are beautiful and impeccable. The bed is comfortable and the pillows were just right. The wifi is so fast! I loved every bit of it. The place is so private and quite and modern too. I was able to do laundry and dry on the rooftop where i watched the sunset too. I had no issues and check in was easy. The host is super responsive and very helpful. The place is also very clean. Squiky clean! Id definitely recommend and come again.

Excellent stay as ever. It’s been many times that I have stayed in this property and can’t recommend it highly enough. Evans has an amazing ethos around his property which meets my own values and my guests also love staying too.

From the moment we arrived at Mugumo Cottage, it felt like stepping into a dream. As a book club, we were searching for the perfect retreat a quiet place to rest, reflect, and reconnect. What we found was so much more than we had imagined. The photos don’t do it justice — not even close. The air was fresh, the trees whispered stories, and every corner of the cottage invited us to exhale and just be. It was a slice of serenity tucked away from the world. We took morning walks on both Saturday and Sunday gentle trails that wrapped around us like a warm embrace, inviting laughter, deep conversation, and moments of stillness. Nature there doesn’t just surround you — it speaks to you. And then there was the food. Oh, the food! The chef prepared meals that were not only delicious but made with such love and care. Each bite was comforting, and the dessert? Absolutely divine. A true masterpiece that we’re still dreaming about. Mugumo Cottage was more than a weekend away — it was a soul

I had a wonderful stay at Grace’s 1-bedroom apartment in Kasarani. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. Grace was an excellent host — polite, responsive, and very welcoming throughout my stay. I truly appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone looking for a quiet and pleasant stay in Kasarani, and I look forward to staying again in the future!
