This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa.There is a Koya River right next to it, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. From the large terrace connected to the living room of the fully renovated villa, the lawn and Satoyama in front of you create a comfortable space. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the outdoor air bath and BBQ after the sauna with an infinity chair in nature.The tent sauna has an anti-inflationary chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even if it rains a little.Enjoy a private sauna with Aroma Rouliu in Satoyama as often as you like during your stay. There is an open and closed awning on the terrace, so you can enjoy BBQ on the terrace even if it rains a little. It is recommended to stay for consecutive nights and have a relaxing sauna and BBQ during the day. We changed the use of the BBQ, sauna, pizza pot, and fire pit that we had previously paid for free.The use of firewood at the facility is also free of charge. There are many popular spots frequently featured on TVs such as Miyagase Dam, hot springs, Oginopan Factory, Hattori Ranch, cafes, and tree adventures.

Also it has a Japanese style garden where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery just sitting on the tatami. The house is 25 min bus ride from Hakone-Yumoto. From the nearest bus stop, Midorinomura-Iriguchi, it's about 2 min walk. It is also very close (3min bus ride) to Sounzan, the terminal of the Hakone rope way.

This house was built more than 100 years ago (survived WW2 and some great earthquakes), and was renovated recently. It is located just 1min away from Hiroo subway station (Hibiya-line). Hiroo is one of most popular residential neighborhood in Tokyo. There are many restaurants and shops in Hiroo and it is very easy to access to Ebisu, Roppongi (3min by subway), Shibuya and Omote-sando (within 3km).
