The bright studio is located in a typical and quiet area of the village of Champagny. Shops, bars, restaurants, as well as the departures of the ski lifts for Champagny / La Plagne / Paradiski, 10 min walk, and the possibility of a free shuttle. Swimming pool, relaxation/wellness area, play area 5min walk away. Nordic area and Champagny le Haut toboggan run accessible by free shuttle. Facing south, and southwest, with views of the mountains, you have access to parking.

Access to the slopes in 5 minutes on foot. The apartment includes a ski locker, a balcony and all the necessary equipment to live peacefully (I live there 2 months a year). With your rental, you with access to a heated pool, 2 saunas and tennis courts

CURE RATE 2025 €950/21 nights 4-star apartment. With its superb view of the Grand Bec, a 3,398-meter-high summit, this very bright and fully furnished apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the upper level of the chalet, it has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) or two single beds (80 x 200). 200 meters from Lake Annecy, ideal location to enjoy water activities or nearby beaches. 100 meters from the bike path, leave your car for a more natural mode of transport and visit the lakefront by bike, Annecy is only 16 km away (bikes lent for free). Close to the apartment are many hiking trails with more or less elevation gain. The apartment is located in a small condominium of three apartments, one of which we occupy.
