Allan’s place is basically a hotel room so it has the usual amenities like towels, toiletries, TV, safety deposit box, tub, hairdryer and a mini fridge but what makes it remarkable is the breathtaking view of the sea! There’s a little balcony where you can soak up the view and just relax. Will definitely book this another time to fully enjoy the rest of the hotel’s facilities like the gym and the pool. It’s at the tip of Punta Engaño so it’s pretty isolated from the commercial spots but we had a car so it was no problem going around. Allan responds quickly and is very warm and hospitable. A topnotch host I would highly recommend!

The unit was quiiet and very organized. Easy to find amd accessed by taxi or grab ride. Really closed to the malls and IT Park. Highly recommended for either staycation or personal business purpose to stay in. Lastly, the host was very proactive and responsive to the needs of the tenants.

The key take away for me was the spacious comfortable bed so I had a relaxing and peaceful rest away from the hustle of the city. There are board games as well and gaming console good for your gamer friends. The host was so kind in accomodating our concerns making it easy for us to navigate our trip. In addition, If your planning in making a DIY tour around the city, The host can connect you to a motor or car rental in a much affordable price. Truly, the place felt like home, If ever I'll be back in lapu-lapu surely I'll book the place again.

המקום סופר מודרני ומשוכלל, המטבח מאובזר, מקרר ענק מעולה, מזגנים מצויינים ונוף מדהים מהקומה ה-25. זרם המים במקלחת חלש אבל זו בעיה בכל המדינה. המארחים היו זמינים ונתנו מענה לכל מה שביקשנו. חדר הכושר היה חשוב ומאובזר. הכל נשמר בבניין ברמה הגבוהה והידידותית ביותר. יש על הגג מסעדה מצויינת! אוכל משובח, נוף מדהים. בקיצור - יופי של מקום! ממליצים בחום!

ChaCha was a very responsive and hospitable host. From the moment we arrived in Mactan Int’l Airport, she personally picked us up with my family and a bunch of luggages and provided us with transportation to the condo unit we are staying for a week. The staff in the building was very friendly and helpful. The place is quiet, peaceful, safe and is in a great location to food, groceries, entertainment and tourist spots in Cebu city. She also prepared our condo with ample supply of toiletries, bottled water and local snack delicacies. We had a little issue with plumbing, the toilet bowl flush didn’t work but she immediately sent her personal assistant and an engineer to fixed the problem ASAP. We also enjoyed the onsite pool and gym area, which was important to my kids. We really enjoyed our stay in ChaCha’s place and will definitely come back if we visit Cebu, Philippines again. Thank you ChaCha for making our stay worthwhile and memorable. 💕🥰

The space itself was spacious and comfortable, exceeding my expectations, especially given the affordability compared to similar properties. I really appreciated how well everything was maintained. Additionally, the staff were always available and ready to help whenever needed, ensuring that my visit went off without a hitch. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely return!

I think this place was wonderful especially for the location and view had no problem cooking washing all in all great to get away and relax by yourself or a partner.
