Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Maddalena Island

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

This apartment was perfect for our needs. New build, very clean with a nice enclosed outdoor area. Location was on edge of town on way to Caprera so perfect for anyone looking to cycle the islands. We also enjoyed the short stroll down to the town each evening to go for dinner. Communication and ease of entry were great. The bedroom was large & very quiet in back of building. Would not hesitate to reccomend.

The house is in a very quiet environment. We enjoyed having breakfast on the great terrace and we also liked being in the accommodation. Ahmed is also a very reliable and friendly landlord. He always responded very quickly and gave us good tips.

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

friendly, warmhearted people, and so are the dogs. great hospitality. down to earth. we just felt home and welcome. we loved the setup of our stazzu and the whole place. a hideaway in the maccia, no noise, no lights but starlight. we´ll try to come back. all the best, jo&afra

Dario's home is amazing and he's a fantastic host. The space was clean, well-equipped, and larger than expected. And Dario even helped us with recommendations and reservations. The pool is wonderful and heating it is worth the the extra fees. We hope to return to beautiful Sardinia and stay in this remote and very special place again some day.

++ Very helpful host, very quick to respond ++ had forgotten something in the apartment, within a few minutes the return action was initiated by the host +/- No Wi-Fi in the house, curse and blessings at the same time (must be aware of it) + beautiful apartment, well furnished (with washing machine/coffee maker...) ++ top view of the sea, very relaxing + beautiful large pool ++ Very well maintained area and quiet + nearby villages can be reached quickly + large terrace with table/chairs - No direct access to the beach (car necessary) - certain installations (shower doors, connecting door to the terrace, lamps are very hot > recommended LED, ringing) need a refresh - Ceiling height on the upper floor/staircase partly deep, hit several times your head (1m85)

An authentic holiday stay in a relaxed and comfortable place. A very responsive and welcoming host Martina and her delightful parents who met us , waved us off , and cleaned the pool . The pool and outdoors was priceless in terms of enjoyment. Surrounded by beautiful views and nature.. pure joy!!! The local beach is in walking distance but obviously a car is required to explore. Overall a perfect holiday experience if you’re looking for a quiet and memorable stay Thank you again Martina for sharing your place with us in a special way.

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

Furniture needs to be updated

We had a lovely stay - the place was just like the pictures. The beach was very close and beautiful with a beach bar. The local port was within a 20 minute walk away. Lovely peaceful place.

Great stay that exactly matched our expectations. Many things can be done on foot (Bonifacio, beaches). All in a pleasant and peaceful setting. Everything you need for a relaxing time.

Our stay at the flat was amazing. We booked just a few days before arrival, but everything went smoothly. The hosts were proactive and easy to communicate with. A very cosy townhouse full of character and period charm. We stayed here for three nights. The place is tucked away in a quiet street just a short walk from the church and piazza. We really enjoyed hopping on to the ferry for a day trip to La Maddalena and Caprera islands. Perfect location to explore pristine turquoise beaches in Sardinia. The host Alina is very warm, friendly, attentive to detail and helpful. We’d love to visit again before long.

The house is located in the middle of the mountain in a very quiet, secluded location - about 300m from the road. The large gate gives a sense of security. The accommodation is clean, simple and beautifully furnished, just as we wanted. Small things like coffee and spices were available. Also some coal for the grill, which we unfortunately did not use because of the wind. Communication was always perfect and problem-free. From the accommodation you can head in all directions to cities or beaches - San Pantaleo is a real gem! We will be happy to come back!

We had an idyllic stay in Myriam's house, surrounded by small mountains and quiet. Ideal for a family or romantic holiday.

Beautiful apartment with a nice big garden and lots of shade. Decorated with lots of attention to details. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Quiet at night. And mosquito nets, which is a rare find. Michael is an amazing host, very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!!
