Holiday houses in Maddalena Spiaggia

Una bellissima casa e una bellissima esperienza di soggiorno. Uno dei più begli alloggi trovati su Airbnb, tutto ottimo dalla casa in sé alla posizione - la veranda con il mare di fronte è indimenticabile - alla disponibilità di Nicoletta, la nostra host. Nicoletta è stata molto disponibile ed esaustiva nel fornire le informazioni necessarie sia per la gestione della casa che per tutto quello che ha riguardato il soggiorno, oltre a essere molto flessibile sia per il check in che per il check out. L'alloggio è in ottime condizioni e corrisponde alle foto dell'annuncio, facile da trovare, oltre che dotato di forniture di base sia per cucinare che per il bagno. Naturalmente fare colazione con il mare davanti e addormentarsi con il rumore delle onde sono elementi che rendono il soggiorno magnifico. Se potessimo torneremmo domani! L'esperienza è stata ottima, in casa c'era tutto e anche di più di quello che necessita per una piacevole vacanza. Noi eravamo in tre e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. La zona tranquilla e incantevole, vicinissima a market e posti dove cenare. La disponibilità è l'accoglienza dell'host impeccabili. Le spiagge bellissime di Pula e Chia a poca distanza. Siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti, assolutamente da consigliare!!!!!

From the start, Michele and his parents were always lovely. With two children and five adults, the house was ideal for our group of seven. We used the grill that was provided for us. We spoke with Michele about a problem, and he quickly solved it. The house's location is ideal for visitors who will travel by car because excellent beaches and the city center are easily accessible from it. And close to the house, there is a supermarket and good restaurants. The closest beach La Maddalena is not the most beautiful one but it is nice to end your day drinking and you have a park for the kids there too! Grazie di tutto Michele! Wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit in dem Haus, welches sehr gut ausgestattet war. Von Waschmittel bis Bügeleisen war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass wir uns zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Einige Vormittage haben wir auf der sonnigen Terrasse mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick verbracht. Eine gute Pizzeria ist fußläufig 2 Minuten entfernt. Selbst zu den schönsten Stränden mit hellblauem Wasser und Pulversand fährt man von dort aus nur 40 Minuten. Sehr zu empfehlen!

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our week in Sardinia. A car is essential to reach the location, but you'll need one anyway to explore the island properly. The accommodation is exactly as described and as it seems on the pictures – if not a bit better :) Everything was very clean, new, and perfectly equipped. Gianluca is a great host, welcoming, friendly, he provided us with helpful tips and other amenities, was always available and we basically felt at home immediately. The nearest supermarket was about 8 minutes away by car, and various beaches, as well as Cagliari, were 20-30 minutes away. We would absolutely recommend the apartment!

We had such a wonderful time at Paola's place. She helped us arrange transfer from the airport and recommended a scooter rental for our time in la Maddelena. The house setup and location was perfect for us. We walked to the beach, the supermarket and local restaurants. We also ventured out on our motorbike. It is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with all of the essentials. Definitely hope to return and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Das Airbnb von Paola war einfach wunderschön. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht und sauber. Paola ist eine extrem liebe und hilfsbereite Person, die uns sehr herzlich begrüßt hat. Auch ihre Tochter Veronika war eine große Hilfe, hat Tipps für schöne Strände und Restaurants gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage war auch gut, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat. Wir waren nur 20 min von der schönen Stadt Cagliari entfernt und trotzdem war die Lage des Airbnbs super ruhig, sodass man Abends entspannen konnte. Ein süßer Bonus war die Schildkröte im Garten! :) Wir waren sehr zufrieden und bedanken uns nochmal herzlich dafür.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Haus am Meer auf Sardinien! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – man konnte wirklich im Badeanzug zum Strand laufen. Auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant war fußläufig erreichbar, und wir haben dort hervorragend gegessen. Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es gab Spielsachen für Kinder, ein Kinderbett, einen Kindersitz und sogar Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Der Garten war ein echtes Highlight für unser Kind – viel Platz zum Spielen und Toben. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass es in Cagliari super glutenfreie Pizza gab – ideal für Menschen mit Unverträglichkeiten. Auch die Nähe zu vielen weiteren wunderschönen Stränden war toll – mit dem Auto ist man schnell überall. Zusätzlich gab es eine sehr großzügige Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln, Duschgel und anderen nützlichen Dingen – Danke Stefano
