A 30’ o Paul da Serra, o Fanal onde pode deslumbrar se com a paisagem a flora, e os percursos pedestres.

A casa possui um jardim florido e uma pequena horta que são tratados sem agrotóxicos e segundo alguns princípios da permacultura. Está localizado em Santo António Funchal, próximo de um grande centro comercial. Sistema de internet melhorado recentemente. Não há sistema de aquecimento no estúdio. Os espaços exteriores são partilhados.

This lovely apartment is in the heart of Santana, close to restaurants and a bakery. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). If you require the second room an extra charge of 25€ per night. NOTE: From June 2024, there is a new law that requires all hosts to collect a tourism tax per guest (over 13 years old) per night 2€ with a maximum limit of 7 nights. This cozy and minimalistic space is part of Dany’s house but it has an independent entrance to give all the privacy expected. With approximately 100 square meters this ample space allows you to enjoy sea and mountain views.
