Holiday rentals with beach access in Madeira Island

We loved our stay in Antonio’s apartment. It was extremely clean and spacious and had everything we needed and then some. It even had a parking garage for our car. I appreciated that Antonio provided plenty of coffee, soap, shampoo and even laundry detergent. That was really nice and convenient. I loved sitting on the deck overlooking the gorgeous ocean view drinking my coffee or sipping a glass of wine. It was so relaxing! I highly recommend booking Antonio’s place. He is a superb, kind host and will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy.

Mara was such an excellent host!! Very prompt in her replies and the instructions for checking in are super clear. Her apartment felt like home and we were able to places very conveniently! The place was spotless and Mara was always on standby to answer our questions. Walking from the airport to her place took only 30 min.

Great stay in Madeira in a rather well located, quiet and peaceful accommodation with an extraordinary view. Caring host, responds to requests and very good welcome. I highly recommend this listing!

The accommodation was very nice and spacious. The communication with the host was great. The only minus is the bar, which is just opposite and where there used to be noise late into the night.

The apartment and the view are unprecedented and offer everything you need. You can hear the highway and the airport, but the noise is manageable and not at all disturbing. A very big plus for Fátima and José, who were both extremely friendly and accommodating. They offered support at all times and were immediately available. A big thank you to both of them!

Lovely villa with stunning views. The hosts are great and everything is as described. Nice bonus are the cats that live in the yard. Would definitely book this place again next time we're in Madeira.

upon arrival we were very well received by Ana. She explained everything to us and we were even able to arrive a little early at the apartment. She gave us tips for sightseeing, dining, and also told us the nearest supermarket. Ana was at her best!!! The apartment is perfect, there is everything you need even more than we imagined. Thank you for everything! We were able to fully enjoy this beautiful island. And Gabriel spent almost all his evenings in the pool 😄 thank you again from all 3 of us

We had a great stay at Germano's. It's his parents who manage the accommodation, and they were very attentive to make sure our stay went perfectly! Thank you again. The accommodation is impeccable, spacious, perfectly equipped. The view is superb and the pool a real plus! There are plenty of good restaurants around, we enjoyed the quiet and the very peaceful side of Jardim do Mar with nice walks. We found it hard to leave! A gem of an address if you are looking for a unique place in Madeira for your holidays!

What a wonderful place to stay and for us perfect location to explore beautiful Madeira. 6 of us stayed for 1 week, the accommodation was perfect with various areas to spread out. We spent most of our evenings around the pool side, playing games and soaking up the views. The home has everything a family would need to enjoy your stay. Local shops, cafes and restaurants 10min walk up hill. Fully recommend if you are able to take a 1 day jeep tour of the island as Madeira has some spectacular scenery, valleys, mountains, villages and locations to explore. Contact with the host was effortless and always quick with responding. We loved our stay.

A great house in a beautiful location! You can't get any closer to the sea, and the sound of the sea accompanies you day and night. The house is very tastefully decorated and super clean. You make yourself at home straight away! Constantino is very helpful and has great tips. Without him, we would never have found the little beach in Seixal... We were here 14 days and enjoyed every minute. Thank you, Constantino!

Absolutely loved our stay. It is beautiful and quiet, easy parking, attentive host. Loved the view. Bed was super comfortable. Can’t think of any negatives.

Great little place with an amazing view

Beautiful and well-equipped accommodation, with a superb ocean view. Very welcoming and available hosts. One detail is that the house is close to a tourist spot so there is traffic during the day which can slow down the traffic on the access road to the accommodation slightly, but this does not disturb the calm of the house which remains isolated and pleasant to live in. We recommend this place!

The gardens, views, and location are top notch. Cute little place. Easily walkable down to town, the beach, and trails.

The stay at Juan’s House let us to relax in great atmosphere. The apartment is well equiped even including cofee machine. There is a view at ocean from taracce. It is very clean and very well prepared for guests.

Wonderful apartment right on the ocean. The apartment was very spacious and has everything you need. Also has easy parking just outside. An extra bonus is all the great restaurants nearby!

Everything was great! Perfect location

The check-in went well. We were very pleased and can recommend the apartment. Parking was available in the courtyard, otherwise it would have been bad to find a parking space. Next to the entrance was a small shop, also ideal. We felt very comfortable.

Great apartment. Everything as described. Tip...bring some shower/bath gel or buy some locally. There was only little bottles of shampoo. This was to start you off when you arrived, but, if you feel like a shower after a long journey it would be nice to have just a couple of small bottles of gel just for the initial shower or bath. It was quite noisy when we stayed with very loud building works with an excavator loading and crashing rocks and boulders into the lorries and travelling right past the apartment loaded with all of those 🥺 This was at the front of the apartment, so although we couldn't use the balcony there: thankfully the bedroom was at the rear of the property, so a lie in was possible when the work started early in the morning. However, this may not be the case for any future guests as they may have finished the works before they arrive. Other than this problem, we had a great time on this beautiful island ( our 8th visit and our first time in self catering)

Wonderful host, kind and friendly, great recommendations, great place!

This condo was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view. Plenty of seating, close to a grocery store and many restaurants. The infinity pool which looked over the ocean was lovely. We would definitely recommend.

Delila was an great host. Apartment was clean with all the amenities. Location is great, close to the beaches, stores and restaurants. Bus stop is right in front of the apartment.
