The apartment is spacious and beautiful , everything exceeds expectation. Host is responsive and checked in earlier. Only concern was the gas heater , due to water pressure is not easy to adjust the shower temperature I think think can be fixed with electric heater. but overall very satisfied and recommend.

The service is very great, their apartments are clean and they provide full customer service. I advise everyone to book with them, and it is important to contact them before booking and tell them your requests. They have many wonderful apartments.

This is my second stay and as usual it was awesome one. Loved the outdoor roof with the view and privacy. It was a nice stay !

What to say except that Taha is the best host we've ever met! From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with incredible kindness and availability. We booked at the last minute, and despite that, everything was absolutely perfect: an apartment of impeccable cleanliness, no speck of dust, everything was fine and consistent with the photos. But that's not all! The apartment is located in a super secure residence, absolutely quiet and ideally located, accessible to everything. We stayed in this duplex apartment for a week, and honestly, it couldn’t have been better. The place was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, homey vibe. You can tell there’s a lot of care and attention to detail. It really felt like home from the moment we walked in. Hind was amazing to communicate with and always quick to reply and super helpful with tips about the area, which made everything so much easier for us. The location is great too and close to shops, cafes, and everything you might need, but still nice and quiet when you just want to relax. If you’re lucky enough to get a chance to stay here, take it! This place easily deserves 7 stars. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Our stay here was extremely pleasant. Haytham was a great host and was very responsive. We had no issues and everything went as smoothly as possible. Haytham went above and beyond with catering to our toddler by providing us with a play pen for her to sleep in and a stroller too. All included with no extra costs. The only minor complaint is that the master bedroom’s shower was inconsistent with the water temperature, so we mostly showered in the other bathroom, which was fine. And also there is a slight ant problem, so just be very diligent about putting food away as soon as you’re done, and wiping counters and tables. Overall, we were very satisfied with all of the amenities and services by the host. Would definitely recommend this place!!

I stayed at Nashwa and Tarek’s place for 5 months and I can only tell that it really felt like home. The rooms are very spacious and fully furnished with everything you may need, luminous and comfortable. Even the location of the house was excellent, since it is located in a very quiet area in the neighbourhood of Mokattam, but at the same time close to the main road with shops, restaurants and supermarkets. You could also reach easily Cairo’s downtown in 20 minutes. Besides this, Nashwa has always been very nice, available and responsive with me for any issue I may face and she gave me useful suggestion on what to do in the area and where to do groceries, shopping, etc. I can only suggest to rent this apartment since my experience was extremely positive and if you want to have an amazing time in Cairo!

We rented a beautiful apartment in Rehab and had a fantastic experience. The place was clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable, and in a great location. A huge thank you to the team managing the apartment, especially Abdeleaziz, who was incredibly kind and professional. He’s available 24/7 and always ready to help. I had a small issue at 2 a.m., and he came right away to fix it—he didn’t want to wait until the next day, which I truly appreciated. Thank you so much again, and see you very soon!

We came back to New Cairo after touring Siwa Oasis and did a second stay at Noha's place. She is an excellent host and her house is clean, spacious, and in a great location in Mivida. I highly recommend.

I want to sincerely thank Shady for being such a wonderful host. His property is truly special and absolutely amazing – everything was perfect from start to finish. All the appliances worked flawlessly, including the air conditioning, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, electric cooker, dishwasher, and refrigerators. The compound itself is very secure, giving a strong sense of safety and peace of mind throughout my stay. The restaurants at Hydeout are also worth mentioning – they’re exceptional, with a unique atmosphere and delicious food. Overall, I felt completely safe, comfortable, and well taken care of.
