The Orchard Apartment

The Orchard studio apartment offers spacious accommodation; own entrance hall, shower/bathroom, kitchenette including, air fryer, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, sink. Also large living/sleeping room, Juliette balcony with open views over stunning countryside. We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months. It is not suitable for babies or young children x

Snug, welcoming Guest House in Comberton

Hazelnut Studio is a pretty, one bed guest house located in the garden of a Grade II listed cottage. It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

Set in one of the quaintest Cambridge villages set only 3 miles from Cambridge City centre. With two double bedrooms, a large lounge and diner and well equipped, fully fitted kitchen. This is a spacious, pretty single-storey cottage with secure parking and a private garden. It is extremely warm and cosy, with the added benefit of a gas fire. Just step out the back gate and walk to Madingley Hall in minutes. It is also just across the road from the award-winning 3 Horseshoes' Country Pub!

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The vaulted living area includes a large dining table, two comfy sofas surrounding the wood burner and a large flat screen Smart TV. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

The Nook, Comberton, Cambridge

Located in the centre of the popular village of Comberton, 6 miles from the historic city of Cambridge, The Nook provides stylish, self-contained, purpose-built and spacious guest accommodation, as part of our family home. Superbly situated for exploring Cambridge, Ely, and East Anglia, or daytrips to London. The Nook is a pet-free space, so suitable for those with allergies. Large co-op grocery shop, pay & play gym (both 7 minute walk), cafe and pub (both 3 minute walk).

A beautifully converted spacious retreat, ideal for families, groups, or anyone looking for a comfortable base in the area. The ground floor features a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, plus a stylish wet room and utility room. A twin bedroom with two single beds is located downstairs, while the lounge’s sofa bed can sleep 2 children. A slim spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where a king-size bedroom overlooks the living space.

The Bull Pen - Barn conversion 3 Ensuite bedrooms

The Bull Pen is 8 miles west of Cambridge, in the Cambridgeshire village of Bourn. It is a comfortable and peaceful place with open space indoors and outside for friends and families to enjoy. All the rooms look across traditional pasture with arable fields beyond. It is ideal for a holiday combining 'time in' the city and 'time-out' of the city! Traveling into Cambridge is easy; there is a Park&Ride bus station just 10 minutes drive away.

Honey Hill Lodge

Located in the pretty village of Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire. Less than 2 miles away from the historic market town of St.Ives and just 10 miles away from the stunning city of Cambridge this ideally placed bolt hole is in the perfect location for exploring the area. Honey Hill Lodge is fully equipped and sits in a quite corner of the village and nestled in our family garden with lovely views across the lawn and the surrounding fields.
