We had a nice stay! The house was just as described—nothing fancy or luxurious, but it had all the basics we needed. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials, and the accommodations were comfortable. It’s a solid spot if you’re looking for a simple, no-frills place to stay.

We had a wonderful graduation weekend stay at Tom’s beautiful, spacious, modern, newly renovated house in Athens. It’s even more beautiful than the pics. The beds are very very comfortable the shower was luxurious and the kitchen well stocked, clean and socializing areas very comfortable. Tom was super sweet to let us stay later to enjoy Mother’s Day lunch with the family. Stay here! You’ll love it!

Exactly the quiet retreat we needed after several days of hectic travel. We sat on the porch overlooking the pond drinking our morning coffee and enjoying the peace of it all. The cell phone service was spotty but the internet connection was great, so if needed we could receive and make calls via wireless phone service. Truthfully it was great to be a little disconnected.

Internet doesn’t pick up and can’t watch t.v. Other than that the work she’s done is beautiful.

Brian's place was great for visiting Athens. Quick to get to the university. This was definitely one of the cleaner airbnbs we've stayed at in a while. Very responsive host. Plenty of amenities, and a fun space to hang out with friends. Would definitely recommend, go dawgs.

Great Airbnb if you’re going to Athens, especially if you have business at the university! The place is very nice and pretty clean. I would stay here again if I were to come back to the area.

My family was in Monroe for a wedding. The house provided all we needed for our group. We enjoyed the pool table and had lots of space for sleeping.

Loads of character, bright and cheery. Host was super friendly and stocked the place with snacks and drinks. Very clean with plenty of towels and linens. Love all the farm animals. Great place to bring your dog with plenty space to roam.

Great sport to get away from UGA but close enough to get there in no time. Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the home was SO cozy and clean and so well stocked with EVERYTHING we needed (and more!) beds were super comfy and our dog loved the fenced in area. And it was so nice not to have to walk her on chilly mornings and evenings! We were in town to visit family in Athens and it was a short and scenic drive. The couch was HUGE and our daughter slept comfortably on it. The kitchen is AMAZING and we loved cooking breakfast in it (with included eggs and milk!) The place was stocked with dog toys and a blanket for the pup to use on the couch. We would absolutely stay again! We watched deer in the AM and PM and it was so peaceful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! The most dog friendly Airbnb EVER!!

Perfect spot to stay for a couple of nights! Very nice town/surrounding area and felt right at home. The lofted bed was a little tight getting in to but had no issues for my husband and I for the 2 nights we stayed. Everything was super clean and comfy, would definitely stay at Cody’s place again!

I couldn’t tell enough people about this place. I loved it so much I was already looking up next availability before we left! This is the most magical and peaceful place, and was so sad to leave. Our hosts were extremely helpful when we needed them, yet stayed out of the space for privacy. We noticed some very nice touches, like a privacy screen for the second sleeping area in the main living space, shower gel, shampoo, filtered water pitcher in fridge, luggage stand to save our backs, cleaning supplies, and a cute rack to hang our nice clothes for graduation so they aren’t wrinkled. Nice, quiet neighborhood that’s very easy to get to Athens by car. Nice home, the space has been created so you don’t realize you’re sharing a home below someone. The backyard was large and peaceful to look out on—no neighbors in view. We would definitely stay here again instead of getting price-gouged by the old, noisy hotels and rentals in Athens! A lovely spot on Hartwell. We really enjoyed our time at this lakeside cottage and loved the views of the lake from the screened-in porch. It's perfect for a couples getaway or even a small family. We had everything we needed throughout our stay :) – beds were comfortable, plenty of bath towels were provided, and our hosts really thought of everything. Would absolutely stay at Bryan and Gina's lake home again!
