We had a great stay! Incredible one-of-a-kind view over the marsh. We saw so many different beautiful sea birds and an incredible sunset. Very short walk from the beach. Great place to stay with young kids. Well stocked kitchen with supplies and basic seasonings. Would return! Very cozy great family getaway! There are extensive requirements for clean up upon check out.

This was our second stay. The house is cute and comfortable. Nice outdoor space with a sandy beach area and shallow lake entry. Jena is great to work with.

Lovely gem, right in new haven, You get a beach built into the house, lovely sand. You get the peaceful surrounding and a great house with great amenities to enjoy like a firepit, a kids slide & swing and a barbeque. You get the ability to order in food from any variety of restaurant from new haven. You get a nice host that helps you all along the way All in all great choice for a relaxing walkaway.

Beautiful house, amazing location. Super close to the beach! The house is beautiful and spacious, we were 8 people and did not feel crowded at all. The amenities are great and we felt right at home. Totally recommend it! We already want to come back. Thank you so much.

I had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb beach house. The views were absolutely immaculate, turning every moment into a picture perfect scene. The property was not only impeccably clean but also radiated a sense of peacefulness that immediately helped me disconnect from the hustle of daily life. Every detail was thoughtfully curated from the comfortable bedding that guaranteed a night of uninterrupted sleep to the high quality toiletries that added a touch of luxury to my routine. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals whenever I wished, and the fast WiFi ensured that I could seamlessly blend work and leisure as needed. A true highlight was the friendly welcome with a customized snack basket that set a warm, personal tone right from the start. House was great! Well equipped and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Meaghan communicated with us before and during our stay with quick responses. She was very generous to allow early arrival and late check out. House was short drive to cute downtown for grocery store n restaurants Would definitely stay again! Thank you Meaghan !

This house was PERFECT for us - four women returning to their college for their 45th reunion. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The house was extremely comfortable. Carlos was responsive and helpful. We would definitely return to this house.

We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

Beautiful home, very clean, spacious and comfortable to stay with the family. We used the grill on multiple occasions and it was easy to use. The fire pitt was also enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked, would bring own source of caffeine if you’re picky with your coffee though. Stephen, the host was very responsive and easy to reach when asked questions. The one thing I would recommend is to check in with the host if the pool is available to use prior to booking. Overall a great experience, would stay with them again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Mystic at this great home. The pool was the biggest hit, but the kitchen/living room area was an amazing place for our group to gather for meals and games. Location is spectacular as you can just park at the house and walk to all the great restaurants the area has to offer and if you have kids, there’s a great playground just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

Had booked a girls getaway at Tracy and Patrick’s place and it was perfect, even with gloomy weather! The house perfectly matches all pictures and descriptions and has everything you’ll need and more for the perfect relaxing and fun getaway! We even got a cute surprise visit from their furry friends which is always loved!! There are also shops and beaches a short drive away, we just didn’t happen to go visit because we were enjoying our cozy time at the home. Thank you again Tracy and Patrick:) we would totally recommend and want to come back!

We had the most beautiful weekend stay at Tim’s home! Everything is accurately described and the pool and hot tub were amazing!! All the beds were very comfortable. Was perfect for a 5 girl weekend getaway!! Tim was incredibly communicative and checking in was a breeze. The location is PERFECT in East Hampton!! So many amazing restaurants and bars nearby. 100% will stay here again for my next Hamptons trip. Thank you so much Tim!!

We we’re going to Port Jefferson for a family wedding. Our Airbnb was perfectly situated. There is a pool area that we never used because we just didn’t have time. But it looked very inviting. The town of Port Jefferson had plenty of nice restaurants and shops. This house was perfect for our situation. We had six adults, all family members.

Ben is a super host. His home is absolutely beautiful and well managed. His thoughtful recommendations and well timed check ins and reminders were the height of polished professionalism. We felt right at home, down to the bins of toys in the living room that our toddler and baby played with every day.

It was a great stay! Beach was easy to get to and was perfect for young kids. Everything was super clean, especially the beds and linens. Host was very responsive and friendly. There were some kids toys and pack and plays which was super helpful! Rooms were spacious.

You, was great. Traveling through and not knowing much about the area. Yu gave us so much helpful information. Be sure to ask Yu about their great restaurant in New Haven.

Sandy and Ian were perfect hosts! Quick to respond to any queries and extremely welcoming. The cottage was clean and well stocked with all needed supplies. I cannot express how happy we were with our stay. Thank you once again Sandy and Ian for making our stay comfortable and stress-free!

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Allana’s house by the sea! When we had a small incident with the keypad, Allana was quick to answer my call and resolve the issue no problem. Everything was clean and beautiful! We especially enjoyed the screened in porch in the back to enjoy our meals. The view from the master bedroom and deck is incredible! We highly recommend and will be back!

Highly recommend this home! We had 5 adults and is a fantastic spot for a family vacation! Lots to do with access to cedar beach and walking trails as well as a very short ride to a local restaurants! House was spotless and owners were very responsive we had prior and during the trip, checking in to make sure we didn’t have any issues!

This was our second stay at this lovely home. It was the perfect place to spend a week celebrating our 51st anniversary! The house itself is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and offers everything we could need for cooking, comfort, and leisure. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace and the hot tub! We made good use of the local beach pass that was furnished for us. The two very close by beaches were well-maintained and very enjoyable. We would highly recommend this location and plan to make this our go to Airbnb when we are in this area. Irina is the perfect host! She is extremely responsive and reliable.

I can not say enough to describe how incredibly wonderful our stay with Kirby was. We had a longer stay than we originally thought and our host could not have been more helpful with suggestions to help us navigate my husband stay at Yale. The home is warm, welcoming filled with everything you could possibly need. I have stayed in many bs and bs and they are far superior in their attention to every detail and available and responsive to your questions if you ever have any. You will throughly enjoy a blissful time here.

Phil’s place was wondeful! The home is beautifully furnished and comfortable. My family and I were in town for my daughter’s wedding at GYC. There was plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable. Phil is a gracious host who greeted us upon arrival. He had great local recommendations and was timely with his responses. I highly recommend a stay at this gem of a home.
