Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Madison Heights

Jessica’s place was so noticeably clean and updated. It had Everything we needed and we even hosted a nice dinner for my father in law. Best of all clean, comfortable cozy beds/bedding! Thank you Jessica!

This home was absolutely beautiful. Loved it. 10/10 definitely recommend booking here, I felt right at home lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area if needed. The host was very responsive and always checking in to make sure I was OK and if I needed anything. The area was really nice, very quiet and I felt very safe. I would definitely be booking again. Thank you so much!!!! :)

Brent was a great host. He was very welcoming and his house was an excellent stay in a quiet neighborhood. My sons (18 & 20) and I had fun trying to solve the personalized mystery presented to us. My bedroom was very quiet and I slept very well. Brent was sure to have the house well stocked with various supplies a person might need. I will definitely try to stay again if I am in the area.

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect location for us while visiting family in the area. We worked remotely, so having the second bedroom set up as an office was perfect for us and the wifi worked well for video calls. The bed was on the firmer side, but was comfortable. We'd love to stay here again in the future!

The Pearl was exactly as described in the description. The home was very nice and clean. Estee was quick at responding. We enjoyed it!

This place is a little hidden jewel in a nice quiet neighborhood! We are actually displaced from our current home, and this place felt so homey we didn't want to leave after 3 weeks! Nathan was quick to respond to the one simple question I had. The kitchen had everything we needed and was beautiful. Our 2 big dogs LOVED the back yard. We loved the front porch and the back deck! Both places were great to sit, have coffee and listen to all the birds. very peaceful neighborhood, minutes away from tons of things to do! Treat yourself and check this BNB out!

Great place to stay. Walkable to many restaurants, walkable neighborhood, great backyard for my puppies. Would 100% stay again!

We have stayed at Daniel’s apartment several times now. It is always comfortable, immaculate and convenient. This time the gardens and pots of annuals were incredible. Also enjoyed the thoughtful touch of bottled water in the fridge and coffee to go cups. We try to stay at Daniel’s every time we come to Detroit.

Fantastic location—just a short walk to downtown, which made exploring the area super easy and enjoyable. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed in town for a baseball game and it was walking distance to the ballpark. About a 13 minute walk and had good sidewalks/pedestrian crosswalks to walk along. Looks like this area will only continue to get nicer. Many buildings and housing either getting renovated or new construction which is nice to see. Our room was just how it was listed on the app. Would stay again if in the area.

Quick in and out trip to Detroit and the place was great for the short time we stayed. Bree and Kevin were super responsive and kind. Great Hosts! Got to meet their son too, who is adorable.

Michael’s place is such a hidden gem! Everything matched the descriptions and photos, the lake view was beautiful, the area was quiet and peaceful. I could truly go on and on about how nice our weekend here was. We definitely plan on coming back!

Karen was incredible. It was the perfect place to stay. She was beyond accommodating and it is an adorable room with kitchen and bathroom. She went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I highly recommend and will always stay here in the future!

We loved the one night stay we had at this unique airbnb! The space is really well decorated (wow Kelsey did some great work at this house!) and made us feel right at home. Super clean and a comfortable bed. The area is walkable to restaurants and bars and we felt safe walking around (even late at night after going out). It is an older home so we could hear a lot from the floor above us (could hear conversations, walking around and a dog). The internet was also a little slow for us. We tried to log into both options but ultimately didn’t have great success with the internet. Both issues not a big deal for us as we were out exploring a lot more than being at the airbnb. Definitely recommend for a stay in Detroit!

This was our second time visiting Allison and Anthony’s place. We love that the location is close to and easy to get to downtown Detroit, while being just outside of the hustle and bustle to feel quiet and peaceful. Their place has everything you need, and they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable! To top it off, they provide wonderful local recommendations for activities, shopping, art/architecture, restaurants, and hidden gems!

Shawnda’s place was very nice and met all our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a good place to take a walk. We were fully satisfied and will return if we come back to Warren.

I think that Mark is a great host. He was able to help in a time of dire need. Very responsive with clear instructions would definitely recommend. Home nice and clean very nicely furnished felt just like home.

This is a very cozy and comfortable condo. We really did feel right at home here. it is very conveniently located to be able to access many restaurants and shopping. The host was very responsive to all communications and was even able to accommodate a last minute extension on our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay! Host's communication was immaculate! I had some issues with my trip a few times & each time I voiced my concern she was very responsive & accommodating! it wasn't far from anywhere we had to take a car too & the space was very spacious, clean & comfortable! Definitely would reccomend staying here 😊

Had a great time, and was perfect for the few days! Alejandro’s place has everything you need for a great stay, Kitchen, lounge area along with a TV, and nice walk in shower. Highly recommend staying here while visiting Detroit!

Perfect place to stay with our family for the Island cup soccer tournament. Easily made it to and from soccer complex. Much more comfortable than a hotel room and plenty of space for us. Bonus that the boys were able to go fishing when they had time between games. you can see how much love and work they have put into this building. we absolutely appreciated the history of it and keeping that historic vibe while updating key features. Thanks for the superb hospitality!

Its an older home but very tastefully put together. The decor and remodel is outstanding! The neighbors were a little noisy, but not much we could do about that. Everything was wonderful and my next visit I would definitely select this home again. Very serene!
