This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Breathe healthy in this hypoallergenic environment. Stay warm around a central stone fireplace and soak up the cultural significance of staying in a carefully restored domestic cottage listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub to relax a little more. This original tiny house has no separate bedrooms. Spa is near the main house-70 feet from the cottage. Swim wear required. It is private for the cottage guests only. We are 7 miles from downtown Nashville.

Quiet and convenient- a great place to relax after a visit to downtown Nashville, or a quick overnight stay. Only 7 minutes to the airport, 15-20 minutes to the heart of downtown, and even closer to trending restaurants, shopping, and green way trails. Whether vacation or a business trip, enjoy a peaceful place to unwind. Includes large screened porch, a shared outdoor patio with moss covered bricks/stone walkways and waterfall pond garden complete with koi and goldfish to feed. Pets welcome.

Hartford River Cottage

Quaint cottage on the banks of the Cumberland River. On the grounds of the former home of Bluegrass Hall of Fame member John Hartford, writer of the song "Gentle on My Mind". Close to the city, but with a country feel. 8-12 minutes to The Grand Ole Opry, 12-16 minutes to Nissan Stadium, 16-20 minutes to Downtown. $12-$14 Uber fare to downtown - cheaper than parking. Convenient parking at the Cottage. Our goal is to make every guest feel special, and leave knowing they want to come back.
