It has many advantages with its large 15 m2 terrace overlooking a flat wooded plot of 1000 m2. Ideal for being in a quiet place, enjoying the countryside, with your entourage. Free access to park in front of the house. Close to major roads, easy to access, only 5 minutes from the toll-free A75 highway.

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

Our accommodation – rated 4 stars **** – is unique. It is unique because we built it ourselves from A to Z with noble and natural materials. It is unique because it is spacious, bright and quiet. It is conveniently located both quietly in a subdivision of a pretty village and close to Issoire, easy to access because not far from exit 15 of the A75. Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.
