Der Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft war sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bot einen atemberaubenden Ausblick. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen absolut unkompliziert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

L'appartamento che Ettore e Vanessa ci hanno messo a disposizione è stato semplicemente ineccepibile! Si tratta di una stupenda dimora ristrutturata con gusto e praticità che ci ha fatto sentire davvero completamente a nostro agio. La casa inoltre disponeva di tutte quelle comodità che si dispongono normalmente nella propria abitazione ma che difficilmente si possono trovare in una casa di vacanza, inoltre disponeva di molte indicazioni sul territorio limitrofo. Un ulteriore plus è stata la possibilità di gestire a nostro piacimento la temperatura interna dell'alloggio in modo preciso e veloce. Vanessa si è dimostrata molto più che disponibile, permettendoci un check-in e un check-out assolutamente "elastico" senza metterci fretta o ansia. Alloggiare nella loro dimora è stata una piacevolissima esperienza sia per noi adulti che per i nostri ragazzi. Sicuramente torneremo a fargli visita perchè questa breve vacanza è stata semplicemente fantastica anche grazie al loro appartamento.

My family and I had a great stay at Beats location. The home offers stunning views. waking up every morning was breathtaking. The drive from Chur to Arosa wasn't bad at all. I enjoyed driving the the curvy roads. Beat was super helpful and we thank Beat again for letting us stay. Switzerland is absolutely beautiful. Definitely would stay again at Beats home.

Wir haben uns im Greenhouse von Diana sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem der wunderbare Ausblick vom Wohn-Essraum haben wir zu jeder Tageszeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist charmant, praktisch und schlicht eingerichtet, so dass sie einem Raum zum Sein lässt. Die Kommunikation mit Diana hat bestens funktioniert und sie war in jeder Beziehung sehr hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Most amazing location for such a reasonable price in St. Moritz. Walkable to restaurants, stores, and the ski hill! Would definitely book again and recommend.

Apartman u Sereny je dôkladne a predcizne pripravený pre hostí . Je veľmi útulný a čistý s perfektným šatníkom . Serena sa postarala o všetko čo sme potrebovali. Pod apartmánom je perfektná reštaurácia s veľmi chutne pripraveným jedlom. Teľacie, jahňacie a srnčie másko s chutnou prípravou . Pred apartmánom je trasa na bežky a taktiež autobusová zastávka . V apartmáne je teplúčko a čisto .

Anita und Mark sind leicht erreichbar und kommunizieren rasch. Das Appartement ist gemütlich, gross, wunderbare Aussicht, gut ausgestattete Küche, grosses Schlafzimmer, toller Balkon. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Our second trip here (last summer was the first) and still amazing. A great place away from the tourist towns of Varenna and Bellagio...amazing view and mostly locals in the town of Perledo. The view alone is worth this AIRBNB a five star. Good size apartment with everything you need from the fluffy towels to the well equipped kitchen. Buses were really easy to navigate. Giancarlo and Andrea were great co-hosts reaching out often to make sure we had the best possible stay.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views from the terrace and a highly convenient location. There are even three bedrooms with very comfy beds! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Wir genossen unser Ferienwoche in dieser tollen Wohnung. Alles war vorhanden. Man fühlte sich wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und was sonst in Ferienwohnungen fehlt, war hier nicht der Fall... Es hatte genügend Geschirr inkl einem Fondue Caquelon. Die Wohnung entsprach vollumfänglich der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

I must say this place is one of the Airbnbs makes you regret if you book only a couple of days. With a stunning view in every part of the house, this place has so much charm to show what the local life in Como is like. Only a one minute away from the bus stop, it couldn't be more easier to access from/to Bellagio, Como and many other spots along the lake. Our another unique highlight was a swimming in the lido which requires a bit of hike back (don't recommend for who has knee issue) and having dinner around the lido. We didn't want to leave this place.

Loved staying here in Perledo! The apartment was clean and had everything we need for our stay! Selena was extremely helpful when it came to trying to figure out the train disruption in Varenna. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area!

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

Wir hatten einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war hervorragend – schnell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, wie entgegenkommend er war: Für jedes kleine Anliegen wurde umgehend eine passende Lösung gefunden. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Sie ist sehr gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden, sodass man problemlos auch ohne Auto anreisen und die Umgebung erkunden kann. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb des Ortes und hat somit einen tollen Ausblick auf den Comer See. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage aber ein Ventilator steht zur Verfügung und obwohl wir tagsüber 30 grad hatten, konnte man abends gut durchlüften und auch gut schlafen. Der Pool ist groß und mit viel Wiese umrandet. Wir sind mit Kind angereist und konnten gut entspannen.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! L’endroit est parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Le lit est confortable, la cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, et la salle de bain est impeccable.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.
