I’ve been to Chiang Mai many times and this place was definitely my fave! The location is incredibly convenient as it’s right in the middle of Nimman, so you can walk everywhere (or easily call a Grab). The space itself was nice, stylish, and spacious. The building has a small gym and an outdoor pool, which was nice too. The only thing I wish was improved was the smell of sewage in the master bathroom. It gets pretty intense, but they did offer cleanings and someone came by to pour a solution down the drain that temporarily helped with the scent. Beer’s communication overall was great and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a lovely time staying at this nice airbnb. The space was very clean and spacious. It was a nice place to relax after spending a long day doing activities in Chiang Mai. The amenities like the pool and sauna were a great bonus for relaxation. Our family appreciated how it was a walkable distance from the night market.

I recently stayed at Pine's condo in Chiang Mai and had a fantastic experience. The condo was spotless and impeccably clean, making it a welcoming retreat. It was equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, situated near a variety of great restaurants, bars, and spas, making it easy to explore the local scene. Pine was a gracious host, ensuring everything was perfect for our visit. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Chiang Mai!

Thanks Knot for being responsive and giving clear instructions, it’s a lovely house with everything you need basically! Love the location so much as it has many nice cafe and restaurant, and massage places. It’s walkable to white market like 2mins away! Only downside is the washing machine was quite dusty but no big deal!

The sky pool alone is worth the stay here, the beautifully decorated apartment and balcony view is just a bonus!

This must be one of the best units in The One condo. It's on the 7th floor with a pool view. You face the mountain and the view is spectacular. The common areas are great. There's a proper gym, large swimming pools, pilates room, pool and ping pong tables and even a music room with drums and a piano. The room was clean and it has everything you need.

We had a fantastic stay at Bingyu’s apartment. Everything was spotless and modern, and the rooftop infinity pool with its panoramic view of Chiang Mai was the perfect place to unwind after a day out. Great restaurants and shops are just around the corner, making meals and errands easy. Communication with Bingyu was quick and friendly, and the self-check-in was effortless. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this apartment.

great place to stay, the room was super clean and had everything we needed for the few days we stayed! wonderful working ac which saved our lives. there is a 7-11 right across the street and some food options which was super convenient. not to mention the pool was amazing very well taken care of. bed could be more comfortable, but besides that very happy with our stay!

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

Great place to stay in Nimman district. Very convenient for shops, bars, restaurants, Maya Centre, massage etc. Condo itself is very clean and easy to access. Pool is great with direct sun 10:30-13:00 in January. Gym has enough equipment to keep you going and maintaining fitness. Great communication from Por

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

Lovely studio. The space is large in design compared to most of Astra. Really nice huge balcony overlooking the greenery and pool of shangri-la A nice amount of cooking tools compared to most of Astra Cai is nice, helpful, and communicative

We had an amazing experience staying here! We booked very last minute as we were in need of a relaxing getaway, and Haley couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful, she got back to us almost immediately and made the whole process seamless. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The rooms were well-furnished with cozy beds and plenty of natural light. Every bathroom was sparkling clean and thoughtfully stocked with quality toiletries and fresh towels, which made settling in so easy. One of the highlights of the stay was the building’s amenities. The gym was well-equipped, the sauna was a perfect, and the pool area was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff on site were also incredibly friendly and attentive, always available if we had questions or needed anything. All in all, this stay exceeded our expectations. Whether you're booking a short trip or a longer stay, this place is a perfect choice. 10/10 would absolutely book again!

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

位于香格里拉酒店隔壁，周围一分钟即可步行抵达7-11，十分钟可以到BigC。如果喜欢清迈夜市一代，基本二十分钟内均可以步行抵达。和古城的步行街距离在半小时，但叫车非常方便。 公寓里面设施齐全，楼顶还有健身房和小泳池可以使用。室内虽然不是崭新状态但总体来说可以接受，并且卫生情况也不错。 小缺点是：入户门的楼道隔音效果一般，但好在房间两居室格局对卧室没有影响。以及对面酒店的窗户距离很近，介意隐私问题的话需要一直关闭窗帘。 总之，是性价比很高的房源。
