Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Mae Rim

Katie's place was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It was beautiful and had everything we needed, Katie was an excellent host and was very responsive. We enjoyed chatting with Katie's dad, too. We really appreciated the delicious breakfast and the laundry. We would give it more than 5 stars if we could.

I’m staying at a villa in Chiang Mai with a fantastic location —it’s very close to the Old City and within walking distance of the night market. This is so different from the Chiang Mai villas I stayed in before outside the city, which were in remote locations with nothing around. What I especially love are the several mango 🥭 trees in the garden. There are so many large mangoes falling from the trees 🌴 that I couldn’t possibly eat them all! I will definitely back again for mangoes! Highly recommended!

Highlight of our time in North Thailand! Our stay here in Pai was magical & Pimanchaya’s property was the highlight for us. We felt right at home in this beautiful place, our kids included. The gardens, outdoor bath & hot springs were much appreciated & the peace felt here is just what we needed after long term traveling. The inclusions for kids are amazing & there is always something for them to do/play with - they had the best time. We wanted to spend as much time enjoying the house as we did the area of Pai. We would recommend this property to all family & friends & and we will definitely be back again as a family who now have very fond memories of this place. Sad to say goodbye! I would never regret staying at Pia's place during my vacation! Pia is such a caring host, always responding promptly. What I liked the most about the place was that the place is spacious and has seperated rooms. The interior is unique and cool, same as the posted pictures. I was a bit worried that there might be lots of mosquitoes / bugs at first. But the repellants are prepared, so no need to worry in my opinion. The house is also conveniently located, takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the Tha Phae Gate. (( also a very nice book cafe near the house )) I enjoyed my trip so much thanks to a great host and her lovely place! I highly recommend this place for a family trip.

A Dream Getaway! This place was truly a dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The peaceful surroundings, spacious layout, and the lovely creek by the house created the perfect retreat atmosphere. The large living room and cozy study room really added a premium touch, providing space for everyone to unwind or get some quiet time The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly. The big kitchen was perfect for our family stay, and the on-site help was a definite bonus. It was the best family vacation we’ve had in years—relaxing, recharging, and full of great memories. We’d absolutely love to come back!

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

The house was exactly as described, and both the owner and the housekeeper were in close contact with us and prepared a lot of distilled water for us to use when we checked in.

The property is great one and worth the money but what made our experience much better was the host. She was a very friendly, helpful, and cared person. She even went beyond her duty and picked us up from the airport just to get to her property faster. Thanks Jaifah for the great hospitality and I recommend this place to anyone coming to Chiang Mai.

Great place especially for the price, really nice spot to end our travels

Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!

Some reviews of this place complained about the long (20 min) road up the mountain to access the location. I disagree with these people. I think the road leading up to the airbnb is absolutely stunning, well maintained, and was honestly one of the best parts of the experience. Riding up and down that road everyday with those incredible jungle and mountain views was great. It is paved all the way, with only minor pot holes - so you can definitely do it with a scooter. I'd recommend 150cc or more because parts are quite steep. The airbnb itself in located on a resort-like place with many buildings. The rooms were spotless. Obviously, communication was a little bit of an issue - but I would not expect people in Thailand to speak English, as we are visitors in their country. The staff were great and we always managed to find a way to communicate. They took good care of us. When I came, during April, it place was basically empty, which was nice. Burning season" is low season I guess.

We enjoyed our time at Absolute Thai Hillside villa. We rented 2 villas for our group. This villa was very cozy and charming. Staying in December there was no need for AC but it was an option. Keeping in mind that this is in rural Thailand the simple amenities are appropriate. Additionally, the compound grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed swinging on the swings, exploring the grounds, taking lots of pictures and enjoying dinner at the large communal kitchen. there's not much within walking distance (a few mom-n-pop type stores), but a 7-11 is a short drive and plenty to explore in this area (check out mok fa waterfall nearby). The property care takers were very helpful addressing any issues and giving suggestions on what to do.

I had an incredible stay, leading me to extend my visit. Darin was the most exceptional host I've encountered. She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature.
