Beachfront holiday rental in Maenam

Our stay at this Koh Samui apartment was amazing! The location was ideal — super convenient and close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it easy to get around. We had no issues with communication, and Ahmed was always responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Koh Samui!

Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein ganz besonderen Dank geht an die Servicemitarbeiterin „DADA“,die immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen und ich komme gerne wieder.

Hello everybody, I met Catalin the property manager and he is a great person, kind and relaxed. I got a warm welcome and a lot of useful tips. This small beach house and the area around it is just beautiful and quiet. It was exactly what I was looking for. It is a little paradise right in the center of thongsala. For everyone who wants to get away from stressful hotel properties and be private this is the right place. If I’m ever come back to ko phanghan this will be the place to go for me. Das Bungalow hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Es ist sauber, stylisch eingerichtet, liegt schön ruhig und hat eine tolle Terrasse. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und freundlich.

Die Villa ist eine wirklich besondere Unterkunft, super komfortabel und mit Antiquitäten äußerst geschmackvoll und klassisch thailändisch ausgestattet. Super Pool mit Blick auf den Strand. Penibel sauber und sehr gepflegt. Man ist absolut ungestört. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Das tolle Haus wird nur noch vom Gastgeber Kevin übertroffen, der schon bei der Anreise behilflich ist, jederzeit erreichbar ist und unglaublich tolle Tipps und Empfehlungen für Samui gegeben hat. Sogar bei einem kleinen medizinischen Notfall hat er geholfen und ein phantastisches Krankenhaus empfohlen. Kevin ist ein grossartiger Gastgeber. Ich kann ihn und die Villa nur empfehlen.

Tolle Villa in einer geschlossenen Wohnanlage mit ähnlichen Häusern. Das Haus war top ausgestattet, alles hat funktioniert. Abo antwortete auf die wenigen Fragen, die wir noch hatten, nach Sekunden. Wir hatten sogarnoch einen zusätzlichen Transfer zum Flughafen bekommen. Der beschriebene Weg zum Meer hat sich allerdings als ein Weg über die Hauptstraße herausgestellt. Mit Strandzeug nicht machbar. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau Niveau. Gärtner und Housekeeping waren diskret und gewissenhaft. Danke nochmal für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir waren zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat über alle nötigen Dinge verfügt. Es gab sogar Zahnbürsten, Seife, Rasierer, Bügeleisen etc. Auf dem Grundstück lebte ein Schildkröte und man konnte im Pool Kajak fahren.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit einem sehr netten Gastgeber. Super Pool, schöne Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten, super Sonnenuntergänge. Das einzige wesentliche Manko war für mich, dass der direkte Strand Zugang leider nicht viel nutzt, da das Meer an der Stelle weder bei Ebbe noch bei Flut zum schwimmen geeignet ist.

We had a lovely stay in the villa and the host and staff were excellent in making our stay as comfortable as they could. They arranged Mr Nuy (local taxi) to get us from the airport and he was fantastic so we used him for all our evening journies. Highly recommend!

Thanks for a really good stay! We were there for almost 5 weeks and enjoyed everyday! Walking distance to a bakery and also to beach front cafe/restaurants. Other than that it’s pretty private and you will need a taxi to get around to the cities and to more serious shopping :) we will return to this place any day if possible. All the bedrooms have aircon but used only for the nights - which was absolutely no problem. Renate was the perfect host and very helpful with everything.

Beautiful villa with a stunning view of the ocean in a peaceful and quiet area of Koh Samui. We felt right at home, as the villa was ready when we arrived. Fon welcomed us personally even in heavy rain, and arranged us airport taxi. There’s also an air conditioning in the main living/ kitchen area, which wasn’t mentioned in the listiny which is a huge plus. The beds are comfy and bed linens are kept squeaky clean, as well the bathrooms. Huge patio with Infinity pool is great for the evenings. Fon also arranged motorbikes rental for us - delivered directly to villa and returned at the villa - super convenient. Fon was very helpful during the whole stay and always responded on the phone when we needed her help. We stayed during the New Year Eve and had a great view of the fireworks around villa directly from the pool. We highly recommend this villa to everyone not afraid of location up in the hills - easily accessible by motorbike or SUV. Thanks for lifetime memories !

Stop searching — this is the place. You don’t need to waste time debating it, because trust me: this condo/boutique hotel is everything an Airbnb should be. It’s spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly located — safe, walkable, and beautifully designed inside and out. The interior decor is stunning, the landscaping immaculate, and the beach and pool absolutely pristine. Add in 24/7 security and freshly made daily breakfast, and it truly feels like home — only better. The entire team offers the kind of genuine hospitality that makes a lasting impression. My family and I felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived. Highly, highly recommend. 12/10!

We flew here from america for a bachelor party and saw this place on the app, and thought it was a perfect place to land at the island. Not only was it just like the pictures, the staff here got us everything we needed to either have food made for us everyday throughout our stay Or knew exactly where to go for all the hotspots. Not only that, but they had transport to anywhere on the island and also knew everywhere to go. From relaxing in the sun or out of the sun, this house had it all. We stayed for about a week and never once got bored. The view from the villa has to be one of the best on the island. The hardest part about everything was leaving. thank you so much for making this The most memorable trip with my friends! And we will see you again next year 🤙🏽

We had a lovely stay at the villa! There are two good bars/restaurants at both sides of the villa and if you like they deliver food and drinks to you at "home". The beach front and ocean view is extreme lovely you live direct at the beach. If you are looking for a complete private stay, you should know that direct at the front of the villa there are a google photo spotlight (the palms), a jetski area at the right side and soft background music from one of the restaurant next door, so its always something happening around the villa, but we didn't had a problem with it. It is not crowded, but people are walking around at the beach, climbing at the palms taking photo, eating at the restaurant and taking a swim direct at the beachfront near you. If you take a walk along the beach you will find other bars and restaurants, a short walk it's a night market whit good food and drinks, open till 22.00 We enjoyed our stay at the villa.

Our party of four adults and four children very much enjoyed our stay in this Luxe Nomad villa. The staff were all very pleasant and the included breakfast set us up well for each day. All the rooms were clean and well-kept and were a close reflection of the photos. The open-plan living area is a particularly thoughtful design, allowing for a continuous cooling breeze from the sea. The villa was private, quiet and safe, yet close enough to walk to the Fisherman’s village and bars on the beach (though the sand is coarse underfoot). Whilst the sea immediately in front of the villa is not the clearest or most inviting, the view from the infinity pool is lovely and clearer waters are only a short stroll away. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering it for their stay in Koh Samui.

Este departamento tiene la cama más cómoda y deliciosa que he probado en un Airbnb, las almohadas son perfectas y realmente logras tener pleno descanso, aparte de todo lo necesario te dejan un tratamiento y spray para el cabello absolutamente espectacular, como mujer lo agradecerás🤭👌🏻 El alojamiento de Nemo está perfectamente decorado, han cuidado cada atención al detalle, está súper limpio y completamente equipado con todo lo necesario y más para una estadía placentera y cómoda🌿🐚🙌🏻 La lavadora/secadora son un mega plus cuando viajas por tantas semanas, cafetera con café para moler, té, condimentos básicos, cortinas black out, implementos básicos de limpieza, todo es absolutamente cómodo, el sofá, la TV, la aspiradora, el balcón, todo me encantó!!! Si puedes reservarlo no dudes en hacerlo, tendrás un experiencia maravillosa desde un lugar con excelente ubicación y Nemo es un gran host😊 Gracias por todo! Saludos, Dani & Will 💜

Absolutely superb stay at this property. The hosts took great care of us and made sure we had all we needed. Extremely responsive and really proactive with information. The house has so much charm with its decor and layout, countless place to enjoy an unwind, listen to the sea, and sink a few drinks. Saw a nice amount of wildlife as well which the kids loved. The area of Bantai has some excellent food options for low cost as well. We didn’t have a bad meal. Loved the island, loved this house. Amazing times with my family that we’ll never forget. Christians Villa ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben nur noch viel schöner!!! Sie ist wirklich luxuriös und es ist alles da was man für den Alltag braucht. Die Lage ist einzigartig im Grünen auf einer Anhöhe mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht mehr geht nicht 🥰🥰🥰 Christian ist auch ein super Gastgeber wo kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit ist!!! Ich kann die Villa nur jedem empfehlen und wen ich wider nach koh samui komme werde ich ganz sicher wider zu Christian gehen 😁😁😁

Great bungalow, close to the beach, and has a pool right outside it. Great location and there’s little kittens on the property which was so cute
