The Trailhead Guest Cottage

Our peaceful oceanfront guest cottage is situated at the head of the 9.5 km Pollett's Cove hiking trail.  We recommend a two night stay - first night, settle in with a beverage, evening sunset and star gazing.  Wake to coffee and farm fresh breakfast delivered to your door step (except in August when we are on vacation), before hitting the trail to Pollett's Cove, the Skyline or any of the 30 other nearby national park trails. Have a swim, and return to a hot outdoor shower. Repeat!

La Maison Grise

You will be a few minutes' walk from a small beach on one side and the Pointe Basse wharf on the other. For hiking lovers, the climb of the Butte Ronde or simply walking in the valleys along the Chemin des Montants is worth the detour. Looking forward to introducing you to our little paradise!

I am confident you will enjoy your stay in this small community that hosts one of two anglophone populations on the islands. Hospitality abound as you visit with the locals at the local wharf and sometimes even hitch a ride to fish some mackeral! A very quiet area with a rich history and stories of shipwrecks. Free firewood provided for the outdoor firepit as well.
