Our stay at the De Francisco apartment was excellent. It's a pretty comfortable, organized place with all the necessary things. Its location is very good, around restaurants and it feels safe. We would definitely stay at this place again!! Highly recommended

Very nice new apartment overlooking the ocean from a short distance. Very nice pools and gym. Beds were very comfortable and are truly queen size. Location is quiet and peaceful.

The service was excellent, the place was beautiful and decorated with cultural things from Mompox, the apartment was very cool and very quiet. Close to all the main tourist activities and the colonial area of Mompox. Katy is a great host and helped us with everything we needed

My experience at this place was simply wonderful. Everything was impeccable: the cleanliness, the comfort, the service and every detail of the place exceeded my expectations. Communication with the host was smooth and attentive at all times, which made my stay even more peaceful and enjoyable. The location is perfect for relaxing and unwinding, with an environment that conveys peace and natural beauty. But without a doubt, the most special thing was enjoying the sunset from the balcony jacuzzi... a magical and unique experience, which is worth the whole trip. I would go back without thinking!

One of the best Airbnb experiences to date! This is a beautiful, spacious, modern apartment with amazing views and equally impressive amenities. The pool area is spacious and a great place to relax. The beach is at your footsteps and the building provides beach chairs. Highly recommend this listing for anyone who wants access to Santa Marta and Tayrona Park while having a bit more space, privacy and quiet than a typical downtown spot. And the Marriott next door is a great option for lunches or dinners, with multiple restaurants to choose from.

The apartment is like being at home. Decorated with exquisite taste, with all the comforts of home. In addition, Jenny is adorable and made us delicious egg arepas, seafood and typical dishes. The place is super well located to go to the supermarket, shopping center, restaurants and... the best... a few steps from the beach. Paola was very kind and attentive to all our requirements, she always answered our concerns immediately. The apartment is on the first floor and is super comfortable because you don't have to take the elevator, you just walk a few steps and you're on the beach. I highly recommend it and appreciate the kindness of Paola and Jenny

The place is the same as in the photos, although it is small it has all the amenities, excellent location, good service, clear instructions, close to restaurants and beaches, the area is very quiet

Very pleasant, nice, comfortable, without setbacks and the spectacular condominium of another world and the grandson enjoyed the pools for children and adults with our very nice pools and for all tastes. The only thing I would say is that there are almost no restaurants, otherwise it's very good. That social area on the top floor is super amazing. I recommend the place and the apartment is very good. It was a pleasant stay that we will repeat at the first opportunity that we have. Very grateful to all the staff. Thank you all

Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

The apartment was beautiful and spacious, and even nicer than in the pictures. It was a great stay with really nice amenities and we had everything we needed during our stay. Would recommend this place and stay here again when in Santa Marta.

Excellent place, great view, very . Nice amenities (pool, sauna, steam room, etc) Please be aware that this is not in Santa Marta proper but a small town 10 minutes away by taxi. But the city it’s in is a very festive place. Restaurants, bars, the beach, and the people were nice.

Sebastian's apartment is very nice, it has perfect decor as seen in the photos. Definitely the sunset that can be observed from the apt is magnificent, the entire apartment is well equipped. Communication with Sebastian was very easy from the start, always making sure that everything was perfect for us, it was too proactive and friendly. I recommend it.
